Beware subcontractors! We completed a job for this company almost a year ago, yet they still haven’t paid us. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via phone and email, we’ve received no response. Pursuing payment shouldn’t be part of the job. Proceed with caution if considering working with them.

Milan and his team are super professional when it comes to the whole process. From the pre construction phase all the way to the final punch out and super strong attention to detail they have. Milan and his team all work together to make sure the job gets done properly and done by the deadline. We hired Milan and MMD to build a large ADU in San Diego. We decided to hire him because he was the most professional and detailed of the contractors we considered. We are very happy we hired him. Milan and his crew did a great job. The quality of their work is excellent. Whenever a subcontractor made a mistake, MMD made it right and had them back out to fix any issues. The final product turned out great, and right on budget. Milan and his crew were professional and friendly throughout the process. If you are looking for an honest, high-quality builder, I would highly recommend MMD.

Amazing and stunning remodel in Rancho Santa Fe. It is hard to comprehend how much work went into the transformation from “heavy” Tuscan to modern, clean, light and bright contemporary with a classy look. Anyone with a high-end remodeling in mind should call MMD

I am a designer in San Diego and currently work with MMD. I couldn’t speak more highly of Milan and his team. Each sub contractor he brings into the project is professional and experienced and his own team is knowledgeable, professional, and always on top of what is going on at all times. When I have to bring in a General Contractor into a project it is a direct reflection on my business, Elkayam Design and I always prefer to work with Milan and would highly recommend MMD for any major remodel or new build.

MMD Construction went above and beyond for our kitchen remodel. This was the first time that my wife and I actually have had a construction project come in on-time and at the initial estimated quote. Our project manager was always on top of everything and making sure we were updated with the progress daily. I highly recommend this company and will no doubt be working with them again in the near future!
