We just signed up with Wise Builders and are very excited to start the process. Our project manager Marc has already gone above and beyond any other company we have met with. We didn’t feel pressured, like most companies made us feel, instead, Marc took us by some job sites, let us speak to references, and made an appointment in the Wise Builders Showroom to discuss our project more in detail. We wanted to take our time and make sure whoever we chose was going to be the best fit. Just wanted to write a quick review to thank Marc and Wise for making us feel at ease. We can’t wait to start our home renovation project. We are very happy with the process so far! Cheers!

Can’t recommend Wise Builders enough, our incredible project manager Marc saved the day more than 6 times! Critical to this story: we switched from a prior builder whose attention to detail was severely lacking. Wise stepped right in (an unusual scenario) and ran with the design in a professional and seamless manner. Wise was/is detail-oriented, solved complex topics as they arose (ie wrong tile color was ordered by the tile vendor. etc), and anticipated solutions to normal building challenges. Wise also has all the necessary licenses which other builders don’t clearly explain (as they dont have them). Importantly Wise scheduled inspections ahead of time so that we didn’t lose time waiting for inspectors to arise. Wise helped us with design, layout, color choice, and fitting a larger tub into an enclosure space. They also relocated our thermostat as a result of adding a shampoo niche, installed ceiling speakers from our attic, and stunning recessed lights in multiple places. Wise also went above and beyond to fix broken tile caused by our glass installer. Most important: Wise is thorough. This may seem like a given but absolutely is not the industry standard. We never felt rushed. We always felt cared for. The craftsmanship is truly world-class and what anyone doing a high-end home remodeling home project would wish for. We hope to use Wise again for future projects. It’s hard to recommend a company enough in the written word but hopefully this writeup will give you comfort to go with the one-and-only Wise Builders!

Highly recommended to me by my coworker who worked with Aaron, the project manager. I called in to Wise Builders to request a quote for my home remodel, bathrooms, kitchen with a loadbearing wall removal, flooring, etc. I always have a rule that I will call a few companies for bidding, and Wise Builders ended up being the lowest quotation out of all. The job has finished now and I couldn’t be more happy with the outcome. I would refer Aaron and Wise Builders to anyone looking for a reputable and reliable experience construction, which is very rare these days. If you have that gut feeling to work with Weiz Builders, do it it’s worth it.

My wife and I hired Wise Builders for a full home renovation project, led by our project manager, Aaron. After interviewing several contractors, it was clear that Aaron was the standout choice, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. (Their pricing was also right in the middle of the pack, we had 4 other bids) He patiently addressed all of our detailed inquiries, conducted multiple project walkthroughs, and thoroughly discussed the project scope before we chose Wise Builders. Throughout the process, he proved to be an excellent communicator and remained highly attentive to our project needs from the very beginning. He consistently exceeded expectations without making unrealistic promises. Even when faced with material delays, Aaron efficiently managed the situation without causing any schedule disruptions. Despite being out of town/moved out of our home during the construction phase, we felt at ease as Aaron provided regular progress updates and promptly addressed any questions we had. As the construction nears completion, we are thrilled with the results and the outstanding quality of work delivered by Aaron and his team, who not only demonstrated expertise but also displayed professionalism and courtesy throughout. Working with Wise Builders and Aaron made the remodeling experience exceptionally smooth, and we are so happy with everything! We highly recommend Wise Builders and Aaron for any home renovation project without any hesitation.

Update – My project is finished. It came out so much better than I could have hoped for. The work is beautiful. I still find myself admiring the walls and how fantastic it looks. Aaron was the Project Manager and made the whole remodel process seem easy. German and the team were wonderful and did their best to make the process as minimally intrusive in our lives as possible. I will be using their services for future projects. I’m in the middle of a bathroom remodel with Wise Builders, Aaron is my Project Manager. I was dreading the process and have heard so many nightmare stories about it from others. But Wise Builders have been incredible. It has been a fantastic experience. Clear communication, considerate crew, timely arrivals, dedication to the job. All the scary stories people told me are true, BUT not with this group. They pride themselves on being the team that proves it is possible to get it done on time or ahead of schedule, with minimal disruption and no extra fees. Let’s take a moment and look at that no additional fees thing. I got quotes from five different places; they are the only ones that didn’t make change orders the usual way of doing the work. One price, no change orders. That is incredible and has helped greatly along the way.

My wife and I just started a 2bathroom plus floor remodeling project. With demolition completed only yesterday, we can already say that we have chosen the right company. A good friend had recommend Wise Builders and was full of praise for Aaron, the project leader. As it turns out, Aaron is also in charge of our project. He has been incredibly helpful from the very beginning when he came to the house and took the time to listen to our ideas for the remodel and provided invaluable guidance for when all of went shopping (sinks, toilets, vanity, flooring, etc). Clearly, Aaron knows his trade, his suppliers and most importantly he greatly cares about his clients’ experiences with his company. He promptly responds to any question and lays out options when it comes to material selection and pricing. We also noticed that Aaron always asks you for feedback all of which has made working with him a very transparent and pleasant experience. We look forward to working with Aaron and his team over the next stages of our project. Stay tuned… Update: Project completed! When my wife and I wrote the first part of this review, we thought we would submit this final part between 4/26 and 5/10. Considering we also had the popcorn ceiling in all rooms removed, we were amazed that it took Aaron’s team just slightly more than three weeks to complete the project(s). As our family friend had predicted, everything unfolded as planned: from demolition (3/11) to successful final inspection (4/2). Aaron kept us informed throughout all stages (via text or in person) and never left any of our questions unanswered. Needless to say, my wife and I are thrilled with the results and highly commend Wise Builders, especially project leader Aaron Abramov, his foreman Antonio, and the entire team for their quality work and professionalism.

My wife and I interviewed six different general contractors for our complete master bath remodel which included taking out the bathtub and replacing it with a walk-in shower. We chose Wise Builders and were extremely delighted with our choice. Nathan, our project manager, his foreman, Mauro, and our designer, Roni, were the best. From the first meeting until the final inspection and cleanup every step was done with care. They finished in four weeks on schedule. They treated our house as if it were their own homes. They consulted with us every step of the way to make sure we were getting what we wanted. Although there was dust, they sealed off the two adjoining rooms to keep the dust to a minimum. All the tile was cut outdoors and under water which eliminated tile cutting dust. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We would give them six stars if we could.

My in-laws recently completed a full house renovation with Wise-Builders as their designer and GC. Michelle Crawford was the project manager/designer and did a wonderful job keeping the project moving forward. My in-laws only speak English as their second language, so a lot of my duties was to help facilitate the conversations between Wise-Builder, the various contractors, and my in-laws. As to be expected from any large contracting job, there were some hiccups along the way. However, I’m happy to say that each issue was resolved professionally and without any hostility, resentment, or finger pointing. Everyone took responsibility of their scope of work appropriately and was willing to go beyond to help another in the spirit of moving the project forward. I personally really appreciated having a whatsapp group chat with all relevant parties so that everyone can stay informed on the progress of the project through photos and updates. Everyone was very responsive, which is simply a major help in keeping the project on track. All in all, Wise-Builders is a great one-stop-shop option. You get design, permitting, and construction project management from one source. Essentially, all you need to do is meet with the PM (Michelle Crawford), and she will walk you through all of the decision making from start to finish. She will even go with you to various vendors to select products, or provide recommendations of where to shop yourself. You are not obligated to purchase your products through Wise-Builder’s affiliated vendors (although all of them are high quality and well rated). We did a combination of selecting via Wise-Builders and selecting our own products and we are happy with our decisions. We had a great experience with Wise-Builders.
