Our requirement was unique since we own a commercial building, so we were really looking for a contractor who had commercial experience. While I interviewed a handful of commercial-only specialists, I heard of Bay Builders through a friend, who raved about their work and customer service after they just finished their newly-remodeled home. After several meetings, we ultimately chose Bay Builders because of their professionalism, attention to detail, focus and idea generation. From the start to the end, they were easy to work with and very communicative. They told us in the beginning that they would be flexible, and they worked with the motto that they would do whatever we needed to make us happy. We worked with Tomar, who was our dedicated project manager, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very responsive, attentive to our needs, managed his team well, and he helped us with many creative solutions. His team of people were always on time, hardworking and never cut corners. To this day, if we need advice on either a new project or to fix a current issue, Tomar and Gilad are always available to provide us with guidance and advice. We cannot be more pleased with the results of our project. The quality of their work is impeccable. We feel as though we are lucky to have found Bay Builders. We were able to get the quality construction of a commercial contractor with the flexibility, customer service and design excellence of a residential contractor. We highly recommend Gilad, Tomar and the rest of the Bay Builders team for either commercial or residential projects.

If you’re wondering if you should book this wonderful company to build your house or help with your renovation or for other general contracting work – the answer is yes! The team is professional, communicative, available when you have any questions, they work with your designers or you specifically, they work to find the best solution, their work was impeccable and high end/quality and they were on budget and on time! Bay Builders and Rene specifically is my go to for these projects and we couldn’t be happier with the results of their work.

Class act and top notch remodel and design in the Bay Area. Honestly, we have worked with so many contractors and hands down Bay Builders are the best. Their attention to detail and expertise is priceless. Also, when leaving the worksite for the day, they leave the home tidy and organized. We recently worked with Gilad on a project in our home and it’s stunning. He’s very detail oriented and notices everything! We can’t express how important it is to work with a company like them. The best in the area!!!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Bay Builders for a complete home remodel and large home addition, and we are beyond impressed with the results! From start to finish, Tom, Rene, and Gilad guided us through the permitting and construction process to make sure things were completed according to plan and ahead of schedule. I worked with Gilad and the Bay Builder team for a complete remodel. Our family is now enjoying the beautiful home they’ve built for us. They made the entire process as stress-free as possible. I would work with them again and I recommend them to my friends. Scope of work: It was a complete remodel. It included some structural changes, kitchen and bathrooms, flooring, windows and doors, etc. People: Gilad is the experienced, meticulous and responsible owner. Rene is the knowledgeable, creative, and get-things-done field manager. Eshed is the upbeat, detail-oriented, and communicative project manager. Process: At the project start, they submitted a detailed contract with payment milestones. I was able to track throughout the project. Eshed worked with the designer and kept track of all the materials and design choices. Gilad anticipated some impractical designs. We avoided much headache (and change orders) down the line. Rene and Gilad found creative solutions when we encountered technical challenges. And they didn’t let things fall through the crack. They ensured: the roofer and stucco person build a water proof house; the cabinet maker and electrician make seamless LED-lit-shelves; the windows and screens contractors create seamless ceiling to floor view. Rene pushed the project through the finish line. At one point we passed all but energy forms in final inspection. But the energy consultant was not responsive. Rene took it on even though it’s outside of Bay Builder scope. After project complete, we inevitably find small requests. They are responsive and follow through on the requests. Result: attached some photos. Large-scale remodeling (in the bay area) is complex and challenging. Even with the best contractors, the homeowner needs to be engaged and decisive. But it can be an eye-opening and invigorating learning experience. If you work with responsible builders such as Gilad and his team. Best of luck!

We worked with Eshed on our remodel. We are really impressed by his speed of execution. He got us the build permit before our escrow closed. The demolition was done in a couple of days. We passed all of our inspections in one go. Eshed also installed a new electrical panel for us for the AC units, which is very nice. The job site was also very clean and neatly managed.

From quote to completion our kitchen remodel was handled with great care and professionalism. Tal and team did a great job installing our new cabinets, countertops and full wall backsplash. The whole kitchen came out better than expected. Would definitely recommend their company and team.
