We used Peak Builders and Roofers for three projects recently, our roof, driveway, and a kids’ bathroom. We were extremely happy with the process and results for each one. From the bid through the actual build, we had confidence that the jobs would go well. Judah and Eli were professional,communicative, and friendly and most importantly, the people they sent to our home on a daily basis were trustworthy and hard working. I have heard so many horror stories from friends related to construction and I am grateful that all three projects went off without a hitch. The quality of subcontractors Peak used. Was impressive. I felt that all of them provided a high level quality of work and confidence that isn’t typically seen these days. We actually enjoyed working with them.

I had a job that wasn’t very big, but was totally custom: a railing along a curving staircase. Once I sent Enrique a description of the job we had a quote. Not the cheapest but the best. Once the work started it was done. Exactly what we needed. That easy.

I had water damage in my house from the rain that came drone the skylight. I needed to have my roof covered with a tarp b4 the next rain. Look online for a company tht covered up roofs and I just came across Peak Builders Roofing. Called on a Monday and spoke to Jonathan there project manager and he understood my problem and sent out a crew tht afternoon. I like how crew worked and clean-up. Jonathan came by check on everything and plus I needed a new roof and some solar panels tht needed to b removed. Long story short Ian very satisfied with this company and will highly recommended them to family and friends. This company gives great customer service and service. Jonathan and his crew were great lots of thanks to them all. One more thing they started in replacing the roof on May 6th and was completed on May 9th (4) days Jonathan said they will b done in 4 days and they were. Again very very satisfied customer keep up the great service. Happy and satisfied customer, Christine Cunningham

Very fortunate to have found Peak Builders & Roofers! Had a couple of leaks in our roof due and needed a repair. Enrique offered a very detailed and thoughtful assessment and spent time to convey various options available; he was upfront about possible additional repairs needed for sections that could not be visually inspected from the initial estimate. When the work was scheduled, the team that arrived were very courteous, efficient, and impeccably clean leaving no debris behind. There was indeed some additional damage to some plywood from the past, and Enrique documented the work and progress with photos to keep us well informed throughout the process. Especially worth noting is that in order to produce a more reliable result, they expanded the section for repair beyond the scope of the original quote, but did not charge us for this extra work! Cannot say enough about how much we appreciate the integrity and professionalism of Enrique and his colleagues at Peak Builders!

A multi-unit building I’m involved with had some leaks and was in need of repair/replacement. The HOA sent out around a dozen roof contractors, none of them could compare to Judah and his team. Right from the start, Judah was responsive, informative, and patient while coordinating with the other members of the HOA. He went above and beyond to ensure we understood everything involved, and even looked over other bids to give his professional opinion. Never once did I feel anything but trust and integrity and I couldn’t recommend them more. The project finished in the appropriate amount of time and Judah kept me and the HOA updated every step of the way!! I couldn’t be more thankful with his whole team and I’ll be hiring and recommending them to everyone I can!! Keep up the great work you guys!!

I highly recommend Peak Builders. Sam answered my questions and explained details to be aware of as he knew I was still interviewing contractors. The roofers were awesome and did a great job!
