Pacific Building built two commercial office/warehouse buildings for us in Tracy, Ca. Approx 100,000 square feet later and a successful projects I wanted to say I couldn’t be more satisfied with the final product.

These guys are crooks, from top to bottom. It’s as if ripping people off is standard procedure over there. The excuses we’ve heard from them and the games we’ve had to deal with were nearly exactly what another reviewer here posted. We were originally given the run-around, but now they’ve gone completely silent. We’re going the legal route now. I would recommend to whomever is thinking about going into business with these guys: DON’T! Find someone else. This is not an isolated incident. They are con-artists through and through.
