I recently hired New Dawn Construction to renovate my ADU, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Even tho I had some issues with permits in city. They helped me with that as well. Sagi was professional and friendly, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.. They listened to my needs and finished work on time and within budget! I interviewed many contractors and happy I chose them. Now my famile could come to visit and stay with me in comfortable and beautiful place! Highly recommend New Dawn Construction for any type of construction work! They exceeded my expectations and made the experience enjoyable!

SO VERY HAPPY WITH OUR BATHROOM REMODEL!! From the very beginning, Sage was very professional and gave great advice. He referred us to his designer so that they can design our dream master bathroom. Of course, we ran through a few hiccups, such as our vanity being special order (the studio McGee vanity), and it took 3 months to come in, but Sage said if it’s the one you want then we will wait for it. Not only did they do a great job with the bathroom remodel, Sage and his team were approachable and understanding when bringing up concerns. Remodels are tough, so having a contractor that only wants to make you happy is a rare find. And that’s what Sage and his team did. They did everything to make us happy! Thank you New Dawn! Overall, I was extremely happy with the work that Sage and his crew did on my home. I have very low expectations for contractors in general. I have just not had a lot of luck with them. Sage alleviated those concerns and earned a lot of trust from me in the way he did business. He was very up front about costs and obstacles in the work. When there were issues, as happens in any project, Sage was very responsive and immediately made sure the issues were resolved. His communication and temperament made him really easy to work with. This extended to some of his core workers as well. Sage demanded the end project look good, clean, and professional and the result was exactly that. I highly recommend working with him.
