THE BEAM GUY, Roof Beam Specialist. Brady J. Newman, License #712822 a year agoAmazing! Brady spoke to me at great length about a complicated roof leak that was very tricky to diagnose. I easily could have spent many thousands of dollars on a “solution” that would not work. In fact, I have spoken to many others about this leak and have gotten nowhere. After one conversation with Brady, I feel like I understand the path forward. If only we lived closer to his service area so we could hire him to fix the problem, but unfortunately we are too far away. In the end, he did not charge me anything. He obviously cares greatly about his trade, and is a wealth of knowledge. A real find!

JURAVLE TILE & REMODELING a month agoHere is a general contractor worthy of the name. Superb quality, reasonable prices. Vasile Juravle and his brother have been remodeling houses for quite some time. Expert at tile (worked closely with us and the tile supplier to get just the right selections/ amounts), they are also really good at most anything else– plumbing, electrical, insulation, drywall, lighting, flooring, painting– they did it all for us. They are not designers and therefore I would provide most of the materials, but they know what looks good and what works, and provided accurate recommendations. They communicated well, went above and beyond, and worked toward perfection!

Gabe’s Plumbing a year agoI thought Gabe was nice, and he came out fast, but that doesn’t negate the fact that he not did fix what I paid him for. Another plumber came and said he barely fixed the issue and did a horrible job. Also, he flaked on my mom and didn’t finish his job with her.

Art Renovation 8 months agoArt has worked on many of my home projects. As a single female, it is hard to find contractors I trust to preform quality work for a fair price. I never have that concern with Art. Highly recommend!

Alliant Builders Inc. 2 days agoWe wanted to share our satisfaction with the custom work of Russ Shtevnin, owner of Alliant Builders. He did a beautiful job remodeling our kitchen including countertops and appliance installation. He then installed floor tile in the dining room. He did an excellent job of transitioning the hallway wood floor with the new tile showing a meticulous eye for detail. He worked closely with us to install custom lighting to display some paintings. We also remodeled the gas fireplace installing a faux stone surround and custom made mantle. He always listened to our requests and shared his knowledge and expertise to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. He was professional, neat and timely. We feel fortunate that we found him and highly recommend him if you are thinking of remodeling your home.

All Refinishing a month agoWe are super happy with the results of our refinished kitchen sink! It was heavily scratched, stained, and rusted. And now it looks almost brand new! Katie and Peter did such a great job and they were in and out within a couple of hours. Katie’s communication throughout the process was great and she explained the whole process clearly. We would 100% recommend All Refinishing and would use them again for any future projects. Thanks so much guys!
