This company met with me and charged me for an inaccurate as-built floor plan. When it was time to actually start the project, they went completely radio silent. After following up multiple times, they insist that this is just how they do business and refuse to refund or proceed with actual work. Here is a timeline of what happened. You can be the judge if something looks fishy here: December 23, 2022: We reaches out to ACS, trying to confirm a time for initial meeting January 5, 2023: Initial meeting with ACS January 9, 203: Received proposal for as-built January 10, 2023: Executed agreement for as-built sent back to ACS January 12, 2023: Measurements take place for as-built February 20, 2023: Meeting to review as-built February 27, 2023: We send an email regarding request for quotation in proceeding with project March 1, 2023: Response from ACS, they say they are working on it. March 19, 2023: We send an email to ACS asking for an update. No response. April 13, 2023: We send another email asking for an update. No response. April 27, 2023: ACS responds, stating they been out of the country. May 1, 2023: We express lament over lack of communication. May 2, 2023: Company responds, says our email is going to spam. At best, this company is poorly equipped to follow through on its commitments. At worst, this company goes around charging for upfront planning work that essentially has no value. We eventually did the project with a different company that reworked the drawings from scratch.
