We found ODM when our home restoration project was in limbo from our initial unscrupulous Contractor. ODM took the torch and exceeded our expectations in all aspects of the remodeling project that took about 5 months to complete. Early on in our project, we were stricken with the task of looking for a new contractor. Hearing horror stories from family and friends, we set out to find an honest and respectable contractor which we weren’t sure existed. After meeting with a few companies and receiving a few bids, ODM stood out from the pack. They weren’t the cheapest, but rather reasonable for the full house remodel needed. After speaking and meeting with Humberto and Oscar several times in the estimate process, we were sold on their knowledge, honesty and integrity. Their past reviews and customer testimonials were enough for us to choose this construction company. My family was included in all aspects of the remodeling process. They listened to our needs, wants, and aesthetic. The team kept us involved in every step of the process. All decisions were communicated transparently. The design team blew us away with our new kitchen. They definitely exceeded our expectations. If any issues came up, Humberto and team were always ready with solutions. The contract listed out the entire job and payment schedule, which were crystal clear. Any change orders that came up were quickly addressed as to not delay the project. That was appreciated. Fast forward 5 months post project and we are enjoying our; what looks like a brand-new home! Thank you ODM!

Working with ODM Construction was an incredible experience and I want to especially thank Humberto, the general contractor and Oscar, his son, for taking their time to making sure my first renovation project was a success. The whole team was very professional, efficient, clean, and have excellent craftsmanship. Anytime I had a question I could just call Humberto and he would answer my questions. Humberto was on the job site everyday, was diligent and followed through with every detail. When issues or unanticipated conditions arose, he proposed quick and reasonable solutions. Our project was completed in exactly 4 weeks. We would strongly recommend ODM Construction.

The best choice I’ve made in 2020 was choosing to work with ODM Construction. We worked with them to make our 1st floor wheelchair accessible and update the 2nd floor bathroom, and we’ve been extremely impressed by the high standards they set for themselves and their care for their clients. They also make sure that the home is not only livable, but beautiful. Working on this home together has shown me that I can trust Humberto, I think that everyone who has a home improvement project should work with them if they can.

We have had our entire house remodeled by ODM Construction in two phases. Our experience was handled professionally, beautifully and with skill. We did not even consider another company our second go round because of how pleased we were with first phase. Humberto & Oscar understood of our needs and were always available, and did an excellent job overseeing all the trades. The designer and architect were patient with any changes and presented options that clearly showed they understood our overall look and esthetic. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a project on a home.

Can’t say enough great things about ODM Construction. We hired Humberto to do a full kitchen remodel after interviewing several companies.Dante was the designer on our project. He worked with us to design the kitchen until the design looked exactly how we had envisioned it right down to the cabinet hardware. Once ODM Construction started the remodel, Humberto was on top of everything, and at the job-site regularly to oversee the work. Humberto was always available when we had any questions we had about the project. All the craftsmen were professional and performed their jobs to the highest standards. Permitting and inspections were coordinated in a timely manner and the job was completed according to the schedule. We would highly recommend ODM Construction.

Our experience with ODM Construction was very positive. We did an extensive remodel of our kitchen that included taking out a wall and creating a great room, not to mention our home was built in 1962, so it was complicated. We met with Humberto the contractor/owner of ODM Construction to review the scope of the project. He spent a few hours getting to know the space, how we lived in it and what some of our hopes and wishes were. The design team created several design options, and we finally settled on one that fit our budget. Once the price was set, there were no additional surprise charges as the remodel progressed.

From our initial phone call through the final touch ups, our experience with ODM has been excellent. We combined two bedrooms to make a master suite, enlarged and remodeled one bath, remodeled two other baths, took out walls, totally remodeled our kitchen and replaced all flooring. The design team took the time to get to know my style and did a fabulous job guiding me through the process of what seemed like a million decisions. When the work actually started, the crew was courteous, professional, and highly qualified. The attention to detail was particularly evident in the tile work. All dates were communicated to me in a weekly schedule and deadlines were met. When decisions had to be made along the way, I was given a list of pros and cons which were backed up by experience and hands on knowledge to assist in the process. I could not be happier with my new home.

Excellent workmanship! Our bathroom needed updating, and the workmanship on the tile, installation of plumbing, painting and general attention to detail was top-notch. Humberto has a good eye for color, also. Careful, courteous and good clean-up. I will hire him again for any improvements to our home.
