We have a 90 yr old home in the historic district of Fayetteville. CMI demolished 250 sq ft and added 500 sq feet. The project included a bedroom, bath, laundry and small den. CMI managed all the permitting, sub contractors, and supervision on the project. Brad and team have a great group of sub contractors all who speak highly of Brad and his team at CMI. As with any addition there are unforeseen issues that arise and when those happened Brad and Blake remained focused on the goals of the project and found solutions. Brad and team provide cell numbers, reply to texts and emails in a timely manner. Their billing provides details on receipts and hours worked. We have received lots of compliments. We have recommended the CMI team to friends and family. And most importantly we love coming home.

The CMI team completed a whole house remodel for us and we love our new home! Brad and Melynie and the entire team were so professional, and we had a smooth and pleasant experience and could not be happier with the outcome. We highly recommend CMI Construction! They did a complete mstr bath remodel that turned out better than anticipated. They were easy to work with, consistently on the job and communicated with us as the job progressed. Definitely plan on using them again for future projects.

Integrity, good communication and follow through. That sums up our experience with CMI. Remodeling a home or an investment property can be a personal experience and often extends for months on end. Multiple subs and delays can occur outside of anyone’s control. Finding a partner that you can trust and can communicate with throughout the process is what we found in CMI. Brad and his team listened to our concerns and needs throughout two separate projects and they exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be happier we selected them and hope to use them again the next time we have a project.

I worked with CMI to build my custom home. From the beginning they were nothing but top notch. I would describe CMI as caring, thorough, and patient. This build was a major undertaking for our family, and Brad always treated us like we were his top priority. All the way through each phase of the build he was there for us. Did hiccups happen? Sure! But Brad was always upfront and I knew he had our best interest in mind. I trusted him completely and am beyond thrilled with our home. The CMI team went above and beyond for us and our home…more than any other builder would ever. The home turned into everything (and more) that we could have ever envisioned. I could not recommend CMI enough to anyone undergoing a build or remodel project.

I had an large remodel project that included three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large pantry. The design process was very fluid and I made quite a number of changes throughout the course of the project. CMI was great to work with and they were always on time. They were very helpful with suggestions. The quality was exceptional.
