While extremely polite, I feel the work done was not up to par with the amount of advertising seen. It took over half a year from paying the initial down payment to actually get work started. I had a shower installed, and I had to contact them multiple times to fix issues after the installation (leak, loose fixtures), and have come across more (heat/cold is reversed, there is a leak FROM the fixtures, and door were installed upside down. The amount of money paid against the work done was not exactly equal. I also had a back door installed, and I will need to have another contractor repair the trim because it was visibly not worth the amount paid.

I contacted them and asked if they provided a certain home maintenance service and they said yes. Then they wanted to know where I was located and when I gave them a general idea,they wanted to know how many miles from Jonesboro. I don’t know exactly but it’s no more than 10-12 and I never heard anything more. They need to advertise that they don’t go outside Jonesboro imo

Randy was great to work with and his crew was timely, friendly and very efficient. They reroofed our home within the day, cleaned up the mess and returned items to where they belonged before they left.
