Was referred to Poplin for repair of roof leak. Was able to quickly schedule an appointment – even gave me just an hour window instead of usual “12-4” type of window of other service providers. Shane arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and listened as I described the issue. He then discussed the plan before ever getting on the roof. Once there he located the leak. Fortunately it was small, and he FIXED IT ON THE SPOT! Really appreciate the attention to detail and genuine desire to provide a great customer experience. Hopefully I never need Poplin again for a roof leak, but if I need any other service they provide, they are in.

Our water heater busted in the middle of the night, I called my insurance company and they referred me to Poplin Construction. I received a call from Kylie and they immediately mitigated the situation. Kylie was very responsive and helpful and answered all my questions.

Everyone at Poplin was great. The demo guys and Ken came out on a Sunday morning to help us tear into a ton of water damage. Then they turned our old outdated kitchen into a modern beautiful one. New floors throughout the house and gorgeous granite countertops. Our house looks like a brand new home. Thank you Kylie for helping us make our vision a reality. 10 out of 10!!!

THANK-YOU for such a great experience! As you know, we had a great deal of water accumulation after a plumbing connection failed in our laundry room. We placed a call to our insurance company and the agent recommended your company. We’re so thankful for USAA insurance and its partnership with Poplin Construction. Within 2 hours after our initial call to USAA, your crew arrived on the scene to start the remediation process — the crew worked ALL NIGHT to get the initial/critical push well underway. The quality of workmanship and professionalism was second to none — even our neighbors commented on how diligent and personable your crew members were throughout the entire process. All things considered, we went from a potential disaster to the gold standard of reconstruction. Bottom line, we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome — along with the overall experience from soup to nuts. Well done Poplin…!!!

In 2018 we had a roof damage due to a hail storm. Our insurance company recommended Poplin for a full roof replacement. They made it easy and were professional and diligent. We recently had water damage due to a leak in the wall. Poplin again came to our rescue. Kylie was our estimator and she was very patient and kind. The work was done quickly and looks great. We wholeheartedly recommend Poplin.
