Tri-Lite Builders did an outstanding job of the remodel of our kitchen. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and workmanship of the project manager Jim and the designer Shelia who did and exceptional job of guiding us in this project. The job was completed on time and our thanks to Steve Shinn and his staff.

Tri-Lite will spoil you for life, no matter how big or small your project is. We had them convert part of our patio into an office, and a small kitchen remodel at the same time, and almost enjoyed the process. The project lead was efficient and fun and made sure the subs did everything according to his high standards. The mess was well controlled and we loved the result. We called them back a couple of years later to do a remodel of our master bath – another beautiful job. You can’t do better than to hire Tri-Lite!

In 2010, Tri-Lite Builders completed a Master bath/Bedroom remodel project for us. When it comes to renovation projects, it is imperative that your contractor exhibit professionalism, open communication, attention to detail, and deliver the project on time and on budget. Tri-Lite Builders was exceptional at providing ALL of these attributes! In addition, all of their subcontractors (tile, electrical,plumbing) were professional and delivered the highest quality of workmanship. The overall results of our remodel project exceeded our expectations. We have, and will continue to recommend Tri-Lite Builders for similar renovation projects. Keep up the great work!

Working with Tri-Lite Builders was one of the most rewarding experiences my husband and I have ever had. From the very first day that Steve and Sheila visited us to talk about our plans for the remodel, we knew we were in good hands. Professional, polite, and competent are words I would use to describe this company and everyone we worked with. The lines of communication were always open, and there were never any “surprises” during the renovation. All the sub-contractors were wonderful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. The results greatly exceeded our expectations. We love our “new” home and would use Tri-Lite Builders again in a heartbeat. We highly recommend them!
