I wouldn’t use them again. They have several hidden exorbitant fees despite claiming the service call is free, which makes me question their integrity. I would rather work with someone who charges for the service call but is much more trustworthy. They advertise a $0 service call, but when you attempt to book and indicate your availability for the entire week, their first response is to offer a $150 after-hours call if you’re available today. This made me suspicious right away. Then, they try to schedule you within 24 hours of the service call. They also claim that if the diagnosis takes more than 30 minutes, there will be an additional charge. The sneaky part is that they send a message from a different number stating that cancellations or no-shows will incur a $150 fee. The office staff confidently informs you over the phone that they will send you to collections if you don’t pay any of these fees. I want to raise awareness about these practices. Fortunately, I avoided these charges, but they are very shady and have devised ways to take advantage of customers. I would rather use a service that charges a $60-100 service call and has good integrity. Avoid this company at all costs. Whoever runs the office is just out for a money grab and will cheat their customers.

I needed my entire sewer line replaced due to tree roots invading. Bleuwave saved the day, and did an amazing job! Very easy to schedule, great communication, high level of professionalism, and my yard looked as good as new when they were finished. I’ll definitely hire them again for any other repairs in the future!

Chris was great he came when he said and did a great job. WOW he reinstalled the glass on the show and replaced the wood under the kitchen sink. He was quick and did a great job. Thank you I would recommend this company!

Bleuwave General Contracting is more than a normal general contracting company. It is more like a general contracting concierge. The President, JJ Levenske, worked closely with his Project Manager Esteban Romero who follows his lead to personally attend to all matters with a thinking that no matter is dismissed as too small or insignificant. They take pride in their work and it shows. They hold their contractors to a high standard, holding them responsible to do the job on time, and ensure that it is done correctly. Bleuwave is prompt with unconditional lien releases which to us is one of the important signs of a well-run company. Bleuwave has done multiple projects for us and have consistently amazed us with going above and beyond.
