We used Elm Construction to redo our 1960 master bathroom as well as reclaiming a downstairs bath and bedroom that had not been used for years. Elm’s planning on the front end made the execution incredibly smooth, and the communication was fantastic. A calendar was developed and adhered to even with a few hiccups with an older home. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do any type of home renovation!

ELM Construction finished renovating our master bath last month and we are extremely happy with the results. They are a first class outfit, stayed on schedule and on budget!. Special shout out to Susanne Freud for her design, Liz for her assistance, Ritchie for his Project Management skills and persistence, Adam for his knowledge and expertise, and Elliot for pulling this crew together. The workers, both ELM and contract, were all friendly and tolerated the help from our puppy, Layla. Thanks Matt, Lonnie, Joseph, Chris, and Stan for yall’s skill and patience. The old bathroom was totally gutted (built in 1993), restructured to best fit our present needs and future house resale value. Elm Construction has been great for us. They did a wonderful job on our home renovation projects. The first project was on our porch and the second project was on our bathroom. Both the projects were successfully completed on schedule and budget. We would definitely go back to Elm for future projects. Thanks, Elm, for doing a wonderful job.

First class operation. I recommend ELM for any building or remodeling job you may have. Can’t say enough about the great communication and attention to detail. We never once had to follow-up on any requests we made. We had severe fire damage to our house and Elliott was very upfront about the process and what it would take to get us back to whole. They were great working with the slowness of the insurance company as well. Richie was managed the project well and always kept us updated. The finished product is better than the house was before the fire. We were nervous going into this since we’ve never had to deal with anything like it before. The whole crew at ELM made us feel comfortable and always made the right suggestions when questions came up about any updates or changes. I hope we can use them again in the future.

I had a complete kitchen remodel, put in wood stairs and had floors redone etc. Elm construction did a fantastic job and finished in a very timely manner. They were even done before the due date! I found it very enjoyable to work with all the people that came to the house. They were very helpful in designing the kitchen. I could not be more pleased with how everything turned out and am enjoying my new kitchen very much.

ELM Construction is a group of amazing folks. Our home was struck by lightning and burned. It was a very traumatic time in our lives, and they listened to us and were kind to us, in addition to doing an awesome job on our rebuild.

Elms team designed a renovation in our master bath , added a new master closet in an existing bedroom that we joined to new bath and made existing master closet into a laundry.We couldnt be happier with the results of our new Master Bath ! We’ve done a lot of renovations to our home over the years but this was by far the easiest and such a pleasure to work with such an outstanding team . So nice to know from the start the pricing . They were so thorough in doing the estimates and what would be done in the project . All of the materials were ordered before we even started so that there was less chance of delays . There is no doubt that we would use Elm again !!

We worked with ELM a couple of years ago to knock out a wall and add cabinets and counterspace in our kitchen, and we had a great experience! They were friendly and easy to communicate with, and we have been very pleased with their work. We’re getting ready to start a new project with them in our basement, and we can’t wait to see how it will turn out. Highly recommend!

We worked with Elm on a full basement renovation. They helped us with the design, the demo and the rebuild. They brought our vision to life and they stayed within budget. Everything was first class and detailed. There was a project manager on site We could not have done it without them. WE LOVE OUR NEW SPACE.
