He was the third person to come out to give an estimate. He was a breath of fresh air. He was not pushy. That sold me.

He also went above and beyond and fixed other items that weren’t in the estimate to ensure the work was solid. He does a quality job, and we will use him again.

Schaff Homes a month agoWOW. After a catastrophic flooding event last winter that destroyed my house top to bottom, I was devastated. I thought the worst part of the process would be dealing with the renovation work. Thanks to Schaff Homes, I worried for nothing. I can’t possibly speak more highly of the Schaff team. They turned a home owner’s worst nightmare into a dream come true. The house looks better than it has ever looked in an amount of time so fast it still has me in disbelief. The team is honest, communicative, kind, and extremely skilled in all that they do. If you have insurance involved, don’t worry- they’ll figure out how to work with your adjuster and handle every complex piece of negotiation and paperwork. If you’re spending your own money, you couldn’t be making a better purchase. A company as honorable as Schaff is extremely hard to find in any realm of work. You won’t regret working with them, I promise!

Rescue Restoration Inc 6 months agoI had water damage in my kitchen and could not even find a contractor willing to work on it. A colleague recommended Bob and Robin with Rescue Restoration who absolutely saved me. They are uncommonly honest and kind humans who communicate well with the customer to navigate the maze of restoring your home, there are many choices that must be made. They have amazing craftmanship; all my new paint and trim matches the originals perfectly. Bob considers different approaches and recommends the least invasive/expensive to still get the job done right. They take care and minimize the mess and dust. Their secret sauce is competence and perseverance to coordinate with the insurance companies to justify the claim, and also to know the exacting process for testing and certifying remediation. In my case the final bill was exactly the estimate. They have an extensive network of quality subs who also did good work. Whenever I have a spill or issue with my house, Bob and Robin are my very first call!
