Northern Pacific Exteriors replaced all of our siding and windows and we could not be happier with our experience. The owner, Mark, came over twice to talk through our project and discuss the quote. There was absolutely no hard sell, and he was happy to answer our many questions. Once the work began, Kevin, Ben, and the rest of the crew were fantastic. The level of daily communication from the office and end of day clean up was extraordinary. The materials they used are top of the line and look beautiful. The end result is better than we had hoped. They really go above and beyond!

We are very happy with the responsiveness of the office and the quality of the materials and service. Very professional operation. We got a new roof and gutters and love both. At least 3 houses on our block have used Northern Pacific recently and all still look great. Highly recommend!

. Hired NPE to replace fiber cement siding on two sides of my house due to buckling and water damage. The siding was not properly installed per manufacturer’s specs by original builder. Wanted to ensure new siding was properly installed this time to get full benefit of manufacturer’s 30-year warranty. . Learned that NPE is one of the few highly rated, certified installers of Hardie board siding, which was why I went with them. Very satisfied with how the installation went. Customer service was top notch and they kept me up-to-date as work progressed, which I appreciated. . It was an expensive repair for sure, but I didn’t want to cut corners by hiring a cheaper, less qualified installer and have to deal with this problem again. Do it once and do it right was the approach that I took.

They communicated very well and cleaned up very well after the project. Roof looks great. They even helped me move an awning away from the house so it wouldn’t get damaged, and they actually put it back after they were done! Price was lowest out of the three bids I got as well.

From beginning to end our project was handled with highly trained employees that were very respectful of our home, great work ethics and timely. Each day we had communication with the main office and were kept abreast of the progress and were able to get answers to any questions we had promptly. The crew was very detailed oriented and never missed a beat! We are very pleased with the completion of our project and would highly recommend them.

I called about getting an estimate for some siding repair. And although the receptionist informed me that they cannot do repairs, as they only guarantee fully sided jobs, the receptionist was so kind and friendly that I just had to leave a review based on that! Thank you for having such a competent and friendly person take calls (:
