We highly recommend Cláudio for your home improvement needs. We had a small project. My husband wanted a 25 year old water heater closet and garage wall patched. The first handyman called in gave a bid of $1800. With my husband being a commercial construction General Superintendent, he knew the quote was overly inflated. I told my husband I will search for a handyman through Thumbtack. Cláudio came out, did his evaluation. He told me what was needed. He wrote up a bid and submitted to me. I sent his bid to my husband since he is the final decision maker and financier. Just to be fair since Thumbtack sent 3 more handymen, I met with them. Their quotes were all over the place. My husband and I felt a stronger connection to Cláudio. He quoted an awesome rate. It was important that he had Liability insurance and be a certified plumber. He told me what he was going to do first; a 2 step process. So, we agreed to a date to complete this project This project was completed in 2 days. I sent pictures to my husband showing before, during, and after completed work. My husband was pleased with the finished work. Whoever reads this post, I want y’all to know Cláudio was a very kind and experienced person to work with. I would like to hire him again for some other jobs we want done in our house.
