Nothing but issues. From horrendous plumbing leaks, concrete floors not properly finished to constant A/C issues. Save yourself a migraine and choose anyone else.

It really was a pleasure working with ELS Construction. They were very prompt and detail oriented when it came to working with them on a project. There construction team executed a remodel project that we were assigned to at a Petco retail location in Rosenberg, TX. The outcome their was absolutely fabulous!!! I would highly recommend ELS Construction for all of your commercial needs!!!

Really bad customer service. The lady who picked up my call she answered so rude. I only asked a question she responded back and just hung up at me. I was looking for job and this lady didn’t even give me a chance to explain.

We recently worked with ELS construction on the buildout for my new optometry office. Everyone on the team was great to work with and were alway sure to make sure we were happy with the results. With construction, something is sure to go wrong (not necessarily at the hands of the contractor), but ELS always worked diligently to fix the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible while also ensuring our complete satisfaction. I’ll admit that we were very particular on how we wanted the quality of our office and the construction to appear, and ELS worked through our punch list and ensured that everything was in tip top shop prior to my opening. They did their best to keep the project in line with my particular timeline. Richard, the project manager, as well as the two superintendents, Rob & Chris, who were assigned to the project were all very professional and great to work with on the project. They all stayed on top of what was going on and ensured that the subcontractors completed everything to our satisfaction. They were also great at communicating and were available for our calls, texts, and emails. At the close of the project, Lorena, was also amazing at ensuring that we received all of the documents necessary to close out and receive our TIA. Even after the completion of the project, they have been available as questions have arose. The customer service from ELS Construction was amazing and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a commercial construction company! (Photos of my office are attached to show the amazing work and quality provided by ELS Construction and their subcontractors.)
