We used Space Construction for a complete bathroom remodel. The results are beyond our vision. Saado Ablasi is a complete professional. We changed our minds quite a few times during the process and he just went along-no exacerbation. He kept us posted as to next steps. Physical visits by him or his assistant. Offered his professional opinion about changes or design. I appreciated the workers always cleaning up when they left each day. Something will always go wrong with a remodel and it was no exception with our project but Saado made sure it was fixed at no cost to us and more importantly, no hassle to us. I trusted Saado and that peace of mind is priceless. Can’t wait to work with him again.

I recently enlisted Space Construction for a comprehensive makeover of my backyard, and I am thoroughly impressed with their work. Space Construction (Saado Ablasi) was everything I was looking for for our entire home remodel. When looking for a general contractor for a project this large and complex, I was particularly looking for three things: 1) Technical knowledge, skill and experience 2) Someone who could provide and manage all the different crews and specialists we required and 3) an effective and efficient communicator. We were so fortunate to find all three qualities in Saado. He saved us tons of time, lots of money and became a valued friend in the process. Remodeling can be long, hard and frustrating. Very few contractors do it really well. Saado was exceptional and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. From design to permits, plumbing to electrical, tile work to flooring, paint to carpentry, he brought us the experts we needed in the order we needed them. And when I texted him with a concern, he responded promptly and resolved any concerns quickly. Five stars for Space Construction and Saado Ablasi. Give him a call. You’ll be glad you did!

Space construction has been wonderful every step of the way with our outdoor construction project. We installed a custom cut flagstone patio and the crew was incredible. It turned out beautiful.
