Their work is good, but today when they came out to fix an issue with our foundation, one of the men underneath the house started screaming loudly and prolonged, as if in agony. I was so upset, thinking he’d been seriously injured, but as it turns out, he was simply “joking.” When my husband told them to cut it out, they continued laughing. Do they not realize we can hear from inside the house what’s going on underneath the house…? It was a very distressing situation to me, and I’m very upset not only because I thought someone had been seriously injured today, but because of the unprofessional and rude behaviour of the workers. It wasn’t a funny joke at all, and it badly triggered the c-ptsd I struggle with.

Called and made an appointment. Waited 4 days, appointment time came and nobody showed up, Called an got voice mail during business hours, left a message an still no call back. This company wasted my time and they lost my business.

Had a long day and a special Thanks to Mr Mendoza (both of them) and the crew. they cam when they said, they were polite about the other damage they found and lifted the back side, replaced entier back half of foundation and sill. some main beam work and stayed till it was through , great clean up and came in under budget. Mary n I would recomend them above all others. THANK YOU Mendoza House Leveling.

I called this company in December about an estimate on getting my house leveled. Mr. Mendoza came over was very pleasant and professional. I received my estimate about two days later. Work was done in February in one day, clean up and all.. I didn’t realize how bad that my home needed leveling. I highly recommend this company

Mendoza house leveling and repair was a pleasure to work with. The amount of hard work, professionalism and integrity was extremely impressive. The owner is so polite, open and communicative. He took the time to walk me through each point of interest for me,explain repairs in detail and even pointed out a small leak that he could have easily not cared about. Overall this company is just extremely professional and I am very pleased with the work. I will gladly recommend them to anyone.
