We went in to get a quote and see options for a countertop on a new build and we were greeted by a nice receptionist, then a man behind the counter said unless you have money, a whole lot of it your in the wrong place. He was correct we were in the wrong place, other places were happy to help us.

They installed the WRONG granite and for weeks argued with me that they installed what I chose. They finally admitted that it was wrong. During the wait, granite prices increased and they said that I would have to pay any increases if I chose another granite and did not accept what they installed. I was also told that it would take an additional six weeks because they are busy. The owner told me that the granite that they installed was very nice and that I should be happy with it. If you buy from them, verify the granite before installation.

I cannot say enough good things about the service we received at Emco Williams. We had another granite company install stone in our kitchen earlier in the year, and that company did a terrible job installing broken stone that had to be patched and when it was all said and done it was UGLY. Emco Williams came in and removed all of the defective stone and did a great job installing the new stone. The craftmanship and quality was so much better compared to the other granite company. I highly recommend the good folks at Emco Williams for all of your countertop needs. They put beautiful quartz and granite in for me and the quality of work and value are excellent. They are the experts in their field and you can’t go wrong with this great locally owned company.

Very professional and very friendly. Even pointed out products which were on sale. Timely service arranged around my schedule. Absolutely beautiful granite. My contractor was very impressed with their products and installation. If I needed more granite, that’s where I would go
