RCR gave us an estimate to remodel a bathroom. We agreed to terms and they said the timeline to start was 4 to 6 weeks. At around 4 weeks I called Anthony Gilliam of RCR to follow up on scheduling. He said that he would get with me on Wed or Thursday and get started. He requested $1,000 which I dropped off at his office. He cashed my check but Never called like he said he would. I called him the next week and when he answered he said I will call you back in 30 minutes. He never called. For the next several weeks I tried to reach him; however, he would not answer or return my calls. I went to his office 4 times. The first time no one was there. The next three Blake was there and stated he would have Anthony call me. I was never contacted. The last time I went Blake called Anthony on his phone and put it on speaker. Anthony answered his call although I had just tried on my phone and he would not answer. I told Anthony that based on his lack of good faith and not doing what he said he was going to do I wanted my money back because he had proven untrustworthy. He said he would not give my money back because he had bought supplies for my bathroom with it. I told him that’s fine to tell me where the supplies were and I would come get them because I still needed my bathroom remodeled. He would not agree to this. It was obvious that it was an excuse and he had bought no supplies. I would highly recommend to not get involved with this man. He lies, does not do what he says he will do and is obviously lacking in integrity. It is my experience that he makes no effort to do what is right!

The owner, Chris is a liar. He and his wife, Donna, literally admitted that they owe me money but, refuse to pay. They cut corners, do less than mediocre work, and have a lackadaisical attitude. I wish I would have taken a picture of the wall that Chris did the drywall mud work on, and he himself deemed it acceptable. It was absolutely horrific. Do not ever hire this company! Ever! Scam artists

Very professional team who gets the job done!!! Can’t beat their prices or dedication! I needed my bathroom redone and they did exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in other remodels!
