Spriggs was contracted by AT&T to do some underground boring for fiber in my neighborhood. They subbed it out to a different contractor. I came home on February 20, 2023, to find a trench hand-dug across the back of my yard and some workers taking a chainsaw to the roots of my tree. They also cut wire in my dog fence. Spriggs was supposed to give me two days notice before they started this work. They didn’t let me know. I was informed that they showed up on my property because they had cut a gas line somewhere else and were told to leave. Fast forward 15 months, Spriggs has still not fixed my dog fence. Someone did a futile attempt to fix the yard damage. That still looks bad. AT&T’s attorney told them to get in touch with me for a resolution. They have not done so. I’ve sent Spriggs numerous email. They don’t reply. I called and talked with their receptionist and was told someone would get back with me. That hasn’t happened either. The one picture is of the trench they dug. The other is of the roots they cut up with a chainsaw. One star is way too high of a rating for Spriggs.
