My roofline gutter was crushed by a neighbors tree. I reached out to PJ Fitzpatrick via their website and a company rep. contacted me the same day. I requested a quote and they scheduled some out to come out the next day. Christian came out, looked at the job, gave me a quote and finished the work in the same visit. He took before and after pics and sent them with his report. Christian was very friendly and professional the entire time. He cleaned up the area. He also had respect for my neighbors property. I live in a townhome community, middle unit and one of my neighbors takes great car of his grass. Christian was an excellent company representative, did great work and provided great customer service. The quote was a little pricey. The work quality was excellent and comes with a warranty, so I feel good about it.

UPDATE from original post…. I call this the saga of the bathroom remodel. Following the original install, after the sealing had cured (24 hours plus), we turned the shower on. We didn’t realize it for several hours but the drain leaked into our basement. This required an emergency call to the company, a piece of our closet floor being cut to access the drain, and hours of fans to dry up the basement. We still had some work that needed to be finished after our contractor was finished with the rest of the bathroom, but thought we were on the right path. Fast foward a few weeks after my contractor was completed with his part (all the dry part of the bathroom). PJ Fitzpatrick needed to come back and replace the wet wall and the dry wall. it took several weeks for them to schedule and at that point, they only replaced the dry wall. That was June of 2023. My original install started in March 2023. I kept calling and leaving messages to have the wet wall replaced. No return calls. I texted the warranty manager, B. He said he would pass the information on to management. By this time, I had an unfinished wet wall, an unsealed dry wall and an unsealed seam at the tub floor meeting. Additional voicemails were left, no answer. I would get bills, I would leave messages with the billing people. No answer. Finally in May 2024 I received a notice from their lawyer. I contacted them again, stating my bathroom was not finished. Not surprisingly, they answered the next day. They scheduled an installer to come out May 9. He showed up, looked at the job, stated it would take 2 guys and said it needed rescheduled. They rescheduled for June 6. They couldn’t make it that day, so came on June 7. One guy, looked at it, said it needed 2 guys and rescheduled for June 20. June 20 comes, one guy shows up and the other team member that was supposed to help him, didn’t even start with the company yet. His start date was the following Monday. Finally, it’s rescheduled for June 25, 2 guys come, the wet wall is complete, the sealing is complete. It’s finished. I think it looks a bit rushed and messy in the caulking, but at this point, I just want it done. Here’s where it gets tricky. Since it’s been a year and a half since I signed the financing papers, the financing company discharged that agreement. I feel like PJ Fitzpatrick took advantage of us. This has been a very frustrating time. There was miscommunication throughout the process. The installers were all very nice, they just had no authority to do anything. July 2024 Original…Installers were prompt, courteous and skilled. They checked in with me to make sure I knew where progress was. Everything was completed in a day and I am so pleased!
