I started using Black Diamond in 2018 for my flip projects. From demolition to brick exposure to weekly debris removal I have found their service to be fair, friendly & reliable. Chris and Mike are a pleasure to work with.

I used Black Diamond for a rehab in Brewerytown and would not recommend based on how long it took them to do the job as well as quality of work which was lower than expected. They did a roof on the back kitchen and when the roof leaked a few months later they never reimbursed me for the $425 it took to get the roof redone by a professional. They also did the roof on my other property in Grays Ferry and less than 2 years later the roof leaked and has to be completely replaced this fall. They are not good with communication or attention to detail. Their demolition services are good but would not use for anything beyond that.

These guys are great! As a general contractor, most of the time I have to babysit my subs, then after I explain what’s expected of them and leave, I come back only to find that they mess a lot of stuff up… this is definitely not the case with Black Diamond Construction! They get it right the first time… and for an affordable price. I highly recommend them for your next project!
