Top Cut Construction a month agoI highly recommend Wayne of Top Cut Construction. He is the best, and can do it all including plumbing and electrical. He is a perfectionist and will finish the job better than all expectations. He has renovated over 90% of my house from kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living room, closets, and much more. He has much experience renovating small, older row houses where space is limited, and brings a level of expertise unlike any other!

Swartz Kitchens & Baths 8 months agoWe met with Jade to help us design our kitchen – we’ve waited a long time to finally do this and we had specific things such as six burner stove top, double ovens, cabinet depth refrigerator, counter space, and cabinet space. Mind you, our kitchen is rather small and we are “land locked”, so nowhere could we take down walls for expansion. Jade is a MIRACLE WORKER!!! She was able to design our small kitchen, incorporating everything, and it actually appears bigger! Having never done this before, she guided us in choosing the cabinets/hardware, showing us different choices, the quartz countertop and suggested a black quartz sink (really? Yes! I LOVE IT!). We had a wonderful experience with Swartz and will not hesitate to do business with them again. In addition, our contractor is Dean Dreas – cannot say enough about Dean and his crew … these guys are blessed with amazing talent and did an awesome job! Matt and Justin – very professional, friendly, and work non-stop! You cannot go wrong with either of these businesses and so happy they were referred to us.

Smithwell Construction, Inc. 11 months agoGarbage, our basement got destroyed in a back up and we reached out to this company to come in and help get our floors reinstalled and walls rebuilt and while Neil got back to us with a PDF to fill out once sent in Ryan couldn’t be bothered to get back to us …absolute let down in a time of need ….

Schuler Kitchens & Baths a week agoAfter finding a leak in the wall of our laundry room, we needed to get a plumber for assistance. I had seen the Schuler trucks in my neighborhood, so we called and were immediately impressed with the swiftness of their coming out within a few hours of our call. Noah Reiter showed up and had a diagnosis within minutes. He proceeded to uncover our drop ceiling and show us pictures he took of the pipe with 2 slow leaks. He fully explained how the entire claim would be handled and offered us a quote for all the plumbing issues. He then told us they offered a company the would knock down all the damaged drywall, cabinets, molding, etc and gave us a business card for them. He also told us that Schuler had a remodel department and could come out to quote their part of the project after the damaged items were removed. The entire process was communicated with reps from Schuler from the office, as well as Noah. They are wonderful at taking a project from start to finish and making sure their customer is satisfied after every step of the way. Will recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you Schuler. He has an attention for detail and is very professional and competent. If you want a honest, reliable and fair priced person he is the person for you.

Posocco Construction Inc a month agoThe Poscco brothers built us our dream home. It is everything we wanted and then some. Dave was wonderful to work with during the initial planning, he was patient and very helpful. When we began to build, Jim was just as wonderful. He was all ways calm, at the job site daily to oversee things and he helped guide us when we may have went astray and he NEVER let us do something that he didn’t think we would be happy with…..he was right every time! Our wine cellar is spectacular and breathtaking thanks to Jim and Fonz. Both brothers were very responsive, called back almost immediately and answered all of our questions, no matter how many we had or how many times we asked. Their attention to detail and providing nothing but high quality work is second-to-none! Their work speaks for itself, we’ve even had people stop at our newly built home to rave about it and inquire as to who built it. We highly recommend them, you will never regret having them build your new home. UPDATE:2024, still loving our home, four years later. Would highly recommend them to build your dream home.
