They came on time worked hard cleaned up 99% and the only problem we had was only 1 spoke English. And for the work they did and did what I asked. I am not sure they get paid what the other guys do.But they should. I told them they need a raise.

This was the second time we had Ram Jack repair our foundation (the first time was on the west side of the house in 2007). Because of the house’s location and its vulnerability to foundation shifting, it required a much-needed repair after years of extremely dry summers. The crew, consisting of entirely different members from the previous repair team, worked with great efficiently (on par with the previous crew). They showed up promptly each morning for three days and completed the repair early on the third day. Before the repair actually took place, there was some confusion about the logistics, which was partly caused by our plan change in the level (no pun intended) of the repair. All in all, the process went quite smoothly from the initial estimate to the project’s finish. We are grateful for their excellent work, and we can now rest easy knowing the foundation won’t shift.

For the most part, I am very satisfied with the worked to stabilize my garage wall and garage pad. My wall sag had resulted in doors not closing and a large gap under my garage door. All of that is repaired and fitting nicely. The only complaint I would have is in regard to the concrete patches where jacks were installed. A rather poor finish job resulted in me having to resurface those areas.

My experience with the Ram Jack West staff was positive and they did an outstanding job in leveling my foundation. From the first phone call all staff that I dealt with were professional and responsive. I would certainly use them again with this type of project. From Colt explaining the work and quote, to the office staff Carley and Nikkie with their patience and outstanding effort to Damon, Dawson, and Joe the attentive and professional field crew, it was an overall great customer experience. Update: Here it is one year later and we need the warranty service as described in the contract. After several weeks of trying to contact a rep, I was contacted by Colt. Another few weeks of waiting and some miscommunication, we finally were able to establish a date for service. That morning I was contacted by Chelsea to let me know the tech would be here. Although later than expected, John showed up, explained the process, took measurements and efficiently made the necessary adjustments.
