We contracted with them through Home Depot to install a back splash in kitchen. Theee times they scheduled and three times they cancelled, all at the last minute. They never completed the work. Six months later we purchased flooring through Home Depot and were assured that Romonoff would come through. We prepped and tore our house apart and they never showed or called. They finally sent a subcontractor who lives over two hours away who found reasons to not so the job, he doesn’t remove the old flooring etc. we are left with a torn up house and no plan for installation. We call and cal and leave messages and no one returns your calls. Do not use them!!

Communication was top notch. As soon as they got the order in the scheduled the timeframe for install. I had a number of methods to communicate with them for coordination which was nice. While installing the carpet, they were cognizant of us working remote, very friendly, and willing to answer questions. Carpet install looks fantastic and well done!

We bought our carpet through Home Depot in Warrenton, OR. We also decided to coordinate the install through Home Depot; we were hoping for a prompt response and thankfully Romanoff Renovations contacted us within 8 hours of the carpet purchase. A date was established to come and measure and within two weeks after that the carpet was installed. We are so happy with the quality, knowledge and professionalism that was displayed. We cannot thank you enough!
