Beware! Someone from this company showed up without an appointment and walked through my yard, AND took pictures!! They said they were called by 811 whom I called to get utility clearance for a small fence, which was NOT TRUE (confirmed with the 811 people) DIGCHECK BY USIC (the people that are working for 811) already came the day before and marked my property. This guy from CST Utilities handed us a “free estimate” brochure. Just plain lied about why he was at my house. They are trying to get business???? I will report this to the Attorney General and BBB.

A month ago our main water line broke leaving us without water. CST quickly mobilized a crew and did an amazing job. They were great to work with at every step of the process. I already have recommended them to a neighbor with a similar issue who has thanked me repeatedly for linking them up with CST. Highly recommend!

Talked to someone on phone regarding Septic estimate. He advised to send design and soil sample. That was emailed on March 15. Followed up with Phone Call and left message for John on March 29 advising estimate not received. As of April 9, still nothing. Going with a contractor with better customer service.

My husband and I went through quite an unusual ordeal beginning in January after having 25 feet (6 feet underground) of our sewer pipe replaced to the city main 3 years ago by Mr. Rooter. When the sewer backed up in January, we discovered the pipe was, in fact, not replaced to the city main and there was an additional 22 feet of piping that went straight down below ground (to the city main) where Mr. Rooter left off. Mr. Rooter denied any responsibility for the lack of disclosure and false information and said they did not have the equipment to go that far below ground anyway and we felt completely dismissed. For approximately 7 weeks we had very limited use of the toilet, and no use of the shower, washing machine, or the dishwasher/disposal as we contacted various companies to resolve the problem. Several people came out to assess the situation and said they could take care of the problem only to back out due to liability concerns. Finally, we were referred to CST Utilities and from the very first conversation with Pam we felt reassured and confident that our problem would be taken seriously, and Pam scheduled someone to come to our home the next day. We were also contacted by Trace who was very empathetic and professional, and he got the ball rolling. Trace stayed in contact with us the entire time with updates and time frames which we appreciated so much especially since that had not been our experience with other companies. The entire crew that worked on our property were always at our home first thing in the morning and really took care not to impact our trees, even though we knew that was a possibility. When my husband and I spoke with various people on the crew, they were very nice and expressed empathy for our situation. They completed the enormous job in 4 days, it would have been 3 days had it not rained one day that week. Additionally, they left our yard in the best condition possible for that level of excavation. Your Letter From Management on the website is 100% true, your team demonstrated great personal pride in the job they did for us, used top-tier equipment and materials, and adhered to the highest safety and sanitation standards. It is also clear that no task is beyond the capabilities of your team. We are so very grateful for everything that your team did for us and wanted to make sure to properly thank them!

I called and left a message, Trace got back to me within the hour, I was trying to get an estimate on new septic installation. Trace did some investigating and informed me that I was already hooked to city sewer, and on well water, he emailed me the blueprints and permits from when the work was done, actually saved me up to 18k!!!. All of this was done in just a few hours. Trace is the best, very responsive, honest and informative, I would definitely recommend CTS!!!!!

I called CST and spoke with Trace after my elderly mother-in-law was being preyed upon by another plumbing company. Trace sent his crews the next morning and fixed her issues for 1/6 of the cost the other company was offering as their 3 star solution. The Team was honest and helpful. They saved my mother-in-law from going to take out a loan for needless work. I cannot say enough about Trace and CST. Thank you.

After a less than ideal situation with a different company we called cst and was able to get an appointment quickly for exactly what I needed. Luke was very nice and informative/knowledgeable. Great prices, great attitudes. I recommend this company!
