One year into living in our beautiful new home renovated by Ambassador Home Improvement and we can’t remember it before. It truly is our dream family home in so many ways. We are still getting compliments every day from people walking by. Gary and Ryan promised me when they started in August 2023 that we would be in by Christmas 2023 and they kept their promise! We even hosted! It’s a little over a year later so we have been through all of the seasons, beautiful front porch, high ceilings, incredible open stairway and beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Highly professional team, very responsive and experienced. They take pride in their work!

My wife and I decided it was time for a home renovation. We had reached out to 4-5 different Builders. Everyone one we spoke to on the phone seemed too “busy” for our business or didn’t think we were “real”. Until we meet Gary Z from Ambassador Home and Improvement. Not only did Gary come to our house a day after we called his office. He actually completed 2 houses on our block where we could see first hand how amazing him and his companies work actually is. As any couple would do, we had a few other contractors entertain us with their offers and services but didn’t feel the way we did when we met with Gary. Gary had set up an appointment for us to meet his team, we were not committed to Ambassador at this point. This appointment, in my eyes, was another way to try to close us. But Gary didn’t even talk about the project, it was more of a comfort level check and I 100% appreciated this. A project of this size, the amount of money behind it. It’s not something easy. He allowed us ask any questions and emailed us all responses, we had A LOT OF QUESTIONS, but he was able to answer it all. On December of 2021, We were down 2 contractors, Gary’s company and the other (wont mention their name). We went to see Gary, meet the team again, mostly all family, which I thought was amazing. After our 6th meeting we finally committed to using Gary and Ambassador Home and Improvement. He then introduce us to Lou T, our architect, another amazing guy in this whole process he was pretty much side by side with us the whole time CAN NOT THANK LOU T. enough for all his efforts and hard work! Doug F. our project manager, Doug was with us the whole ride. Step by step, piece by piece, tile by tile. He would constantly text us with updates or when items would arrive. He even went out of his way several times to meet delivery people at our front door if we weren’t available. Great guy, after 6 months of being in our house. We still stay in contact. He answers a lot of my dumb questions. Thanks Doug. Kudos to you. All is all, I rarely write out reviews. But the work and the customer service that Ambassador, Gary, Doug and Lou provide myself and my family was world class and wanted to share this with the public. Kitchen renovation started with Dan as our designer. Planned out a very beautiful modern, sleek kitchen with higher end appliances and finishes. Ryan was our Project Manage., All stages, from planning to demo, to Reno with plumbing, electrical, etc, were executed professionally. We are extremely happy with the finished product. 7-7-23, had a small issue with a kitchen cabinet resolved. Sal Vines, and the rest of the team responded quickly to our needs, even though our kitchen renovation took place last Fall. These guys are fantastic.

Met Gary over 2 years ago as my wife and I were trying to determine whether to renovate or buy a bigger home. He stayed in contact through the entire process, even met at a house we were Interested buying to determine renovation costs. We decided to renovate and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Joe was our project manager who my kids referred to as Uncle Joe. He kept the project moving smoothly throughout the entire process even with the many challenges due to COVID. We have people constantly stopping in front of our house to stare, point and take pictures, which speaks volumes to the Quality and Craftsmanship put into our renovations and we couldn’t be more proud of our new home! My wife and I have been married 30 yrs and have owned 3 houses over that time. We have done major renovations and additions on all 3. We have also bought 3 investment houses to renovate and flip. So we have lots of experience. This was our first time working with Ambassador, it was a truly stress free and wonderful experience. We met with their bathroom designer and he helped us get the exact design we envisioned for this bathroom. My wife had a great vision of what she wanted, then along with suggestions from the designer it all came to plan. Along the process, our project manager was there everyday to arrange the day’s work. He would go over the prior days progress and discuss that day’s work. He asked us if we were happy and if there was anything we needed. He also made suggestions but never tried to convince us to change from our vision. He always gave us what we wanted. Now that we’ve used Ambassador we will always use them in the future. Home improvements can be stressful but when you use Ambassador it’s truly stress free and a pleasurable experience.
