The people at KBR Design and Build are great! They are friendly, experienced, professional and work with your budget. I also appreciated that they were not pushy and didn’t try to oversell things we didn’t need. A very positive experience! I highly recommend KBR.

Company was great and the designer and project manager were superb. Great to work with throughout the project. Never pushy. Suggested great ideas and were professional at all times. Project was completed ahead of time and the workmanship was excellent. No hidden costs or surprises. Couldn’t be happier. 5 years later and I am still thrilled with the work they did. garbage company.when they work for chechs-be aware. unprofessional,dirty, leave contraction garbage on a side till you yell at them. disappear for weeks, busy doing jobs on side for cash.hate Small kitchen took 7 months to do, quality poor,you have to watch there every move,they cut corners.

Finding a reputable design team with value and complete professionalism in NYC can be so hard, but boy am I glad I found KBR. Creativity and design is not my area of expertise but KBR made everything easy from start to finish and I couldn’t be happier with my new open concept kitchen. The team knocked out walls, created a design for my kitchen that I fell in love with immediately. KBR had a plan and came to me with ideas that I seriously would’ve never thought of it. They installed kitchen cabinets, installed my new fridge and stove, mounted a microwave above the stove, installed lights inside the ceiling. The kitchen now feels bigger, there’s more light, and it’s seriously my favorite place to be now. I was so glad to hear they had a Florida office too because the contractors there did some work in my Biscayne Bay condo. All in all it was a great experience to work with KBR & if I ever need more remodeling done, either here in NYC or FL, KBR will undoubtedly by my guys. 100% recommend!

Super grateful for the KBR team! We couldn’t have a found anyone else to do this job, everything was quick, and they did an amazing job with our 4-bedroom brownstone remodel, which included, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, floor and painting! The KBR team explained everything and made sure any doubts we had were clear. This company went above and beyond for us.

Renovating my apartment was such a breeze with these guys! They were great from beginning to end, responsive and attentive to details. The designer was very helpful when it came to materials and finishes, the production team was communicative, quick and efficient. Remarkable job. Highly Recommend.

Working with this company was a nightmare. I contracted them for my remodel and every facet of the project was a disaster. Their admin staff delayed my co-op alterations submissions, the designer never ordered my kitchen cabinets, my design team turned over twice with employees quitting. My project management team turned over once. I received incorrect bills overcharging me. I received bills at the end of the project for labor I didn’t agree to pay for. The project was supposed to be 3 – 4 months but ended up being 6 leaving us without access to the kitchen and bathroom despite promises that the bathroom would be done before move in. The PM and the Forman hated each other and blamed each other for everything. The quality of work was horrible. I paid thousands for shipping and handling to this company only to leave my doorman to get in trouble for delivering the matierials to my apartment because no one was here to receive them because no one would show up to work. They used no protective materials leading to my flooring and finishes being covered in paint and plaster. I reached out with pictures of all the issues the company left behind. They said “someone will be there next week to fix”. That was months ago now. The customer is 100% always wrong and the staff is horrible to deal with. They outright lie, are unprofessional and caused myself and my husband extreme stress. Update: I see the company is saying that I was not a customer. I have contracts and emails to back up my review. I held off so long on posting this review because I knew it would only cause more issues for me but I can’t help think back to my initial online search where if I only saw honest reviews I would not have gotten myself into this situation.
