If you are looking for a reliable go to contractor on Long Island look no further. We hired south shore installations to do a full replacement of our siding. Joe was reliable responsive and professional every step of the way. There was never a hesitation to answer any questions we had about the job. He was also very flexible to any changes and additional requests we had from start to finish. He personally oversaw the job and we could not have been happier with the quality and craftsmanship of the finished product. I would strongly recommend south shore installations to friends family and anyone looking for reliable professional craftsmanship!!

Joe and his crew were excellent. I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of the artistry. He communicated every step of redoing the front of my home. He was on time, cleaned up at the end of each day. His workers were so kind and considerate. Joe and his crew were so easygoing and aimed to please their customers. This is the only construction company that I would recommend to my neighbors, and to you. They are extremely hard working, very trustworthy and so pleasant. First I want to apologize for sending my review nearly a month late. Between many things I just didn’t have a good block of time to do it right. South Shore did such a great job I really should have gotten this done sooner!! 20 years living in this property and delayed by covid amongst other things, we finally bite the bullet to redo siding of entire house, along with rebuilding front garden bed, stoop, walk path, adding a pier and redo the backside patio. Designing is really not our thing and all that we have is a few pictures we took around our neighborhood that have the elements we look for. We checked a few contractors and South Shore came at mid point but most importantly, they listened to our ideas and solution along the way. We wanted to hire a contractor that can be responsible for the project end to end and bring in team with the right skill set as needed. The siding crew is very efficient headed by Joe. I asked to add insulation in the back of the house where we receive most of the elements in the winter. I thought they were just going to add to the kitchen area where the pipes are but they added entire backside!!! When nailing the siding on the garage wall, the crew lead discovered himself that the sidings weren’t nailed to the studs behind it and took the whole side of the siding down and redo. They could’ve walked away without doing that and I will never discover. The masonry crew is a different team headed by Alex. I honestly can’t remember a time when Alex said “no” to me. I asked the wires and conduit to run at multiple places below the pavement before they lay it down and they just did it, digging trenches, with very reasonable pricing. As I mentioned earlier, we came in this project with minimal design ideas so the crew literally took our real-time feedback and adjust along the way. We changed our minds on some material used for the stoop and they had to take the material down in order to put on the new one. I am sure this is not pleasant to do but they understood that we have to live with the result for years to come and did it for us. I really appreciate that. There is an old lady living next door (90+ years old) and got something in the house that she needed help fixing. One of the crew grabbed the ladder and just did it for free. I though that is a really kind thing to do. I asked Joe to help dig a long trench between our house and the detached garage to bury the 2” conduit with heavy 240v/60 amp wire and Joe did it for me, personally! We came to this project with many questions but Joe/Alex/Allen made it easy from material selection to design and all the adhoc changes we requested throughout. They are truly a pleasure to work with and I would recommend Southshore to anyone. Last but not the least, happy 60th birthday Joe!!! Still going strong!! 😊

Fantastic service and quality work. Always showed up on time. Very clean and accommodating. Very well priced. Can’t find anyone in the Hamptons to provide the quality of work for the price. Overall an amazing experience. Highly recommend.
