I called them today about finding a replacement piece for a cracked cultured marble wall thats in the shower of a house I just purchased. Their website states free in-home consultations upon request but in our telephone conversation it was announced that they’re at least 4 months out for any new jobs and that they’re currently only manufacturing & working for their large contractor type customers. They are not setting up any free in-home cosutations at this time. Yes, I’m a little frurstrated because I can’t get what I need done even if it is 4 months. I just can’t understand in this day & age of digital technology, a business can’t update / maintain the front doors to their business, their website! By not updating their information, it’s a waste of time for new customers. This potential customers experience = 2

Form-Cove assisted me with a custom bathroom vanity back splash. Form-Cove provided professional and superior service. Charles was fantastic in helping me with my order and made the entire ordering process easy. They were able to turn my order around faster than any other company I called and they had the best pricing. I highly recommend this company. A very satisfied customer.
