They lied about taking insurance. The GM called and was very rude, a very pushy salesmen and promised they took statefarm. The GM said we should find another company so we did and they are 100% don’t waste your money! the bid went from 50,000 to 40,000 then to 30,000. I’m a salesman my self and I know their game they are shiesty as hell and they will rip u off if they have the chance I would give a 0 rating if possible. And the script is very low quality. Sorry guys you deserve this review.

DaBella is a joke! They have a call center that has zero knowledge of why a consultation would halt and give no notice, twice. I reached out to Home Advisor initially and they (DaBella) connected with me. Their main store has no clue what is going on only to refer me back to the call center. The only clue given is I don’t qualify and I asked why, they didn’t have an answer. My advice to them is that if you reach out to the customer and then deny them without a valid reason maybe you should close your doors! I had two days wasted waiting and I called to verify if they would be out today because of the first incident. I was told yes. Guess they have zero problems lying!

Bryson and Cesar were great in presenting us options there company and product to start the remodel of our bathroom. They even went to bat for us with there company to try and get us a price that we could afford. Definitly will use them when i do the other bathroom. Edit it was very difficult dealing with the communication of everything from did they get the materials to scheduling to final billing. That needs to be greatly improved upon. The installer who was a private contractor was very nice but didnt even have the right paperwork when he showed up to do the work. And after looking at just a shower install i feel like the price was a little to much. The contractor said he could of done the whole bathroom for the cost of 17 grand not just the shower.

I had an appointment scheduled for 6/4/24 at 10am, it was a no call no show. I followed up and supposedly the tech canceled my appointment due to his 1st appointment taking longer than expected. Completely understandable but no excuse to not receive an update it’s 2024. I got rescheduled for 6/5/24 same time and received the same treatment. No call no show. they have good reviews for the most part. Hope you don’t get the bad service I received. Window world is on it!
