We just completed an extensive kitchen remodel with Spillman Homes would strongly recommend Jeremy and his team for a remodel or a custom home. We love our new area and working with the Spillman team was awesome. They were very helpful with design plans, willing to make adjustments to the plans and offered some amazing ideas to help with over all appearance. Thanks Jeremy!

Spillman Homes was the best choice to build our new home in Columbia. We tried to get started with a few other builders, but had bad experiences. The most important thing Spillman brought to our experience was patience. Jeremy and his people are very talented, have great taste, and have a lot of experience. But, when working with anyone for 6+ months, personality and a good relationship are extremely valuable. These guys are busy, but we never felt ignored. They happily answered all our (dumb) questions, made some awesome suggestions, and work through every issue and detail. I am already looking forward to partnering with them again in the (hopefully) near future when we finish our basement. I wouldn’t look any further, this guy is the best in columbia!
