We recently experienced storm damage to our siding, and JBS Remodeling and Roofing made the entire process seamless from start to finish. The job site was consistently clean, and the craftsmanship was impeccable. Every detail, from selecting the siding to the final cleanup, was handled with utmost professionalism. We recently turned our unfinished basement into a cozy haven for our family. The space turned out exactly as we had planned. Working with John was a wonderful experience. Here are our highlights: 1) We were very concerned about our budget. We only had one small add on that was necessary and ended up exactly on budget! 2) We had bids from two companies. What we appreciated about John was that he came out to our house, looked at the space, and then had his contractors come out to our house BEFORE we signed the contract. He gave us a detailed contract with an estimate. My husband and I loved the certainty of what we would pay for this big project. The other company we spoke with gave us a “rough” estimate but didn’t have contractors come out until AFTER we would have signed the contract. We appreciated John’s process more. 3) John was always quick to respond to our text messages and phone calls. We never had to worry about him not getting back to us, which we appreciated. 4) John’s contactors were friendly and respectful of our house. Our overall experience with John was smooth and we ended up with the perfect space for our family.

After searching high and low for a home that would accommodate our growing family without luck, we opted to add on. We contacted four different companies before deciding on JBS Remodeling and Roofing. John’s bid came in smack in the middle of our other bids without having to give up anything on our wish list. Throughout the project John was attentive to the many requests and questions we had, and never hesitated offering our son (age 9) an extra hammer or an “important job” to do. Our other sons came to love seeing him pull in to check on the job too. We came in under budget which allowed us to add in a few extras – We’ve been in our new master suite now for nearly four months and it couldn’t have been a more perfect decision. The space is exactly what we needed and has allowed us to stay in a neighborhood we love. Thank you JBS Remodeling and Roofing, we’ll definitely recommend you to family and friends!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
