QC Home Improvement LLC 8 months agoI’m a repeat customer. Always thorough, professional and reasonably priced!! Update 10/23… Last couple projects I had they never got me quotes. Blew off my phone calls and texts. Phil said “I’ll get to you soon. We have other jobs”. That was three months ago. They don’t value repeat customers so much after all. Plus as the grout in the new bathroom floor from March is chipping, cracking and crumbling.

He also has amazing attention to detail and so much knowledge! I have met my fair share of lazy construction companies and Landmark BNC treats their clients the way you expect when paying for services.

Cassino Construction & Cement Co. 6 months agoI needed a two car garage built. I read some of these reviews. I had some doubts but every situation is unique. I met with Larry, he walked me through the process and now I have a FANTASTIC 2 car garage. I love the work and I am completely happy. Do I recommend Cassino Construction? YES 100%. Will I hire them again for another job? Absolutely.

We where totally at ease.Derek and Pat are true professionals and when they where finished it looked like they where never here. We will be calling them again.

A Fine Finishing a year agoI’ve been working with Fine Finishing now, for about two years, on a single project. I know that it’s tough these days to find contractors and coordinate projects, but this has seemed to have taken way too long. We had a water leak inside our addition that has caused damage to ceiling and walls, trim and carpet. Two other internal repairs(by other contractors) did not fix it. Fine Finishing came out, suspected the second story window wasn’t flashed properly and once they came out and tore off the second story siding, they found the second story window was never sealed. So, that blowing Canton wind and rain we get a few times a year, would penetrate around the window and run down the second story, right into where the addition connects to the existing house and leak into the addition. Dianna Moore(our main contact at Fine Finishing) has been outstanding to work with the whole time. She’s communicative, clear and punctual. She knows her stuff and shows up at the appointments. The quality of the outside work we had done (rip off alum siding, seal window, Tyvek second story, re-side with matching vinyl siding, trim, caulk) was exceptional. The crew was very rough with moving our things on the deck to prep the site and left alot of mess and debris each day, but overall the quality of the work was great. Fast forward a few months to the inside work, now that the source of the leak was fixed. The inside drywall and paint crew left much to be desired. They were very messy, didn’t plastic seal the addition from the rest of the house, so drywall dust got throughout the main level, missed a huge spot of painting on the wall, didn’t paint the trim properly, got paint on the ceiling fan blades and missed a huge spot of the repair on the main area that had had the water damage, even though I explicitly pointed it out. When I pointed it out when they were finished, they got kind of argumentative and said they didn’t remember me saying that. They also got white ceiling paint on the ceiling beam and immediately said they didn’t do that, just as I looked up at it to examine it. Just overall messy and unprofessional, mediocre quality in their work and not willing to listen to me or take my concerns seriously. I called Dianna. She was great. She immediately apologized and began the process of making it right. Came out to inspect the situation and agreed that she wouldn’t accept this job in her own house, scheduled a replacement drywall and paint team and when they came out last week, they did an exceptional job. We are now completely satisfied with the work and it’s finally done. So – not sure I can wholly recommend Fine Finishing, but I certainly have high praise for Dianna Moore as an excellent project management who is probably constrained by the availability and quality of her crews.

Thomas Lawn Care & Snow Removal Services LLC 2 weeks agoMy back fence was littered with Baby trees as well as a huge one over my garage. Behind my garage was quite a job as well with overgrowth from the situation. But it was ALL knocked out by Nolan in less then a day!!! Was prompt and very respectful the whole time and kept me knowing what was going on at every step. I myself will never call another company for my outside needs. And IMO he gave me a great price!!!!!! For real whoever reads these, this guys legit and will get done what he says he will get done.
