We live out of state and hired them to redo a home we had purchased in mi before we moved in. Installed new flooring, 2 full bath remods, new kitchen and paint. Did an excellent job. Would recommend.

Extremely professional and helpful. Answered all my questions before I even knew I had them, and then some. They just did my bathroom remodel and it looks like someone out of a design magazine! Very happy and am looking forward to having them back out to do more work in other parts of my house!

I call them after a recommendation from Home Depot. A very arrogant person answered the phone who did not even let me explain the details of the finished basement I need. So unprofessional.

I called them after speaking with at least 5 other contractors to try and get a tile job done for my upstairs bathroom quickly but no one wanted a job so small. Top Value Construction came by within the week and finished the job, start to finish. The tile work was done perfectly, I’ve called them back for additional tile work in my downstairs bathroom too which looks SO good. On top of the high quality of work, I can confidently say the owner is just an overall GREAT guy. I called him recently to ask his opinion on doing some work for an older friend of mine who has been trying to find a reliable contractor for MONTHS. A different contractor came in, started the job and left. His response “No problem, send her my way”. He showed up within 2 days of her phone call AND provided her with a quote. She is so thankful and cannot wait to see how the project turns out. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality work.
