I scheduled a visit for roof repair due to small leak and missing shingles. I agreed that I would entertain possibly having PJ Fitzpatrick install a completely new roof… after they make initial repair. I was clear that my priority was an initial repair. I was told that someone would be out at 9 a.m. today, 1 July 2024, to do repairs, and then someone would come later in the day to discuss cost for a totally new roof. I took the entire day off from work… only to have a salesman come at 9 a.m. and provides quotes for new roof. He stated that the repair person would be here between 1 p.m. – 5 p.m. I called the company around 4:30 p.m. to get an arrival time… only to be told that I’m on their schedule for 10 July. I am totally upset and believe that this was intentional, despite the representative who answered the phone saying it was a mix-up. I will NOT use this company nor recommend them! I will get a new roof by end of this year, but it definitely will NOT be done by this company!!

The replacement of my door took the time I was estimated and the quality of the work was excellent. The new door looks beautiful and I would definitely recommend PJ Fitzpatrick’s team to get the job done efficiently and expertly. I will be calling upon them in the future when I want to replace my front door. They cleaned up the work site; however, if there was one thing I would have done differently, it would have been to put sheets over my furniture and bedding to protect against all the white dust and small chunks of debris that I found all over everything after the team had left. Unfortunately, I wasn’t warned that the area could get that dirty in the process of replacing my sliding glass door. They still did a great job at keeping me informed as the job progressed and I will call on them in the future; I just will prepare better next time.
