We live in a preservation area. We enclosed a screened porch a couple years ago. The workers were nice, did a good job, always cleaned up before they left. I found out after the work started that because this was considered a new build we did not have to go with the preservation guidelines. There was already a foundation and roof that did not have to be changed. We did have update the electrics. I feel it was a bit overprice since there was no plumbing going in and did not have to go by preservation guidelines. I have called regarding a couple of things that has not been never fully addressed. I pretty much knew what I wanted but I feel the “design” team could have had made some suggestions on some things to make them better.

I use this company to have a bathroom restored and I totally regret it!!! Gary Brown is unprofessional and overpriced!

So, needed a complete bathroom redo plus possible new floor in living room. Met with several remodeler people. Decided to go with Gary Brown Designs. We, wife and I, are glad we did. After mtg with Gary, Debra came out, met with both of us, ( mostly my wife), at home and at various stores to choose colors, designs, floor stuff, fixtures, etc. James and Chad did the work in the bathroom, which was completely gutted out, and installed new flooring in the bathroom and our back living room. All of the work was top notch and the end result is we have a beautiful new bathroom and beautiful new floor in our living room. I can’t say enough about the quality of work. I have already discussed future projects for Gary and his team, ( one big project per year). By the way, we sprung a little extra $ and got ourselves a jacuzzi tub, it’s sweet. James had to do some ad lib carpentry/tile work/shelving to install the tub/motor assembly and it turned out perfect.

After careful consideration of various re-modelers I decided upon GRB Design. I was looking at a large kitchen remodel. After meeting with Gary and Debora I decide to go with them. It was a pleasure having an designer “shop” with me and help me put my kitchen together, from the cabinets to the back splash as well as what floor to use. They made this process go seamless….I will be using them again for my up coming Bath Room Remodel!

The contract that I signed to finance the remodel of my bathroom and place new gutters on was done under false pretense. Gary is not a trust worthy person and I did not receive the service that I contracted for, Gutters were to have gutter covers and they did not put them on, I had leaking gutters, and leaking ceiling as result of the work done by this company. Please do not use this Company for any remodeling jobs.

Completely inconsiderate and lacking any accountability for the actions of their representatives. One of their team members damaged my property and the GRB office staff chose to be passive aggressive towards my concerns and pass the blame to someone else– and I didn’t even ask them for any kind of restitution. All I did was voice my concern. After my experience with GRB, I would learn bathroom remodeling myself from YouTube rather then give my hard earned money to a company that has displayed such a low moral compass.
