These guys know exactly what they are doing when it comes to fixing a roof. I had a very custom job that required them to come back out and inspect after a few weeks. Not only did they do a great job but the communication through the entire job was excellent. Thank you again guys, You have my recommendation to family and friends.

Balboa Restoration repaired storm damage on my roof, gutters, window frames, garage door, cupola, and deck. They were fast , efficient, very polite and respectful, and kept the job site clean. This is my second time contracting them and will use them again if the situation arises. Very satisfied!

Had a very positive experience with Gianni and Balboa Restoration & Renovation. Bought a house that he did a roof on a few years ago and had some issues because the former owner modified the new roof creating a leak when we had high winds and rain. Gianni came out and found the issue and worked with me on the repairs. Highly recommend their company.

Balboa Restoration & Renovation were great! Got a claim for my roof and within 10 days of signing a contract the work was done! Gianni and Luis are as professional, friendly and knowledgable as you could ask for! Both their roofing and gutter crews were awesome! Did the work in 1 day (for each project), cleaned up and you could hardly tell they had even been there! The roof and gutters look great! Gianni went out of his way to get me every dollar’s worth of claim and actually saved me over $1000 bucks! He took the time to explain every aspect of the project and was very patient with all of my questions! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will be using their services in the future I’m sure! Thanks a million!! -Tony

We hired BALBOA to do siding and window trim and front porch repair work and then paint entire house. They did an excellent job preparing the house by doing the necessary repairs and then caulking and painting the entire house. They did an excellent job. The crew we had was great to work with and their attention to quality and details was outstanding.

Balboa painted and replaced the siding on the front of our home and it looks fantastic. The crew was courteous and the owner was pleasant to work with. Balboa does a lot of work on homes in my neighborhood and they always do a great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for professional AND affordable home repairs.
