Quad city custom improvements did a great siding job on my house. I had some water leaks from the roof that was leaking on to the siding and let them know and they took care of it even when majority of the issue should have been corrected when re-roofed. They let me know some corners that were cut when the siding was originally put-on and corrected the issues. Thank you Quad City Custom!

Jason, Vince, and their team, were great to work with and the quality of their work is excellent! I hired them to build a deck and install a new patio door with trim. They were professional, considerate, and cared about whether I was happy/satisfied with the finished product. They also cleaned up their work area once everything was complete. I will definitely use Quad City Custom Improvements again for future projects!

Jason and his team did a fabulous job on our window and door replacement. They are polite and professional. They work was high quality and exceeded my expectations. The installation was done exactly as we discussed and they thoroughly cleaned up after.

I would recommend these guys for anything, they did our siding and they did a great job, everyone is feeling the effects of covid and it has affected everything from supply chain, materials are in short supply and has effected every one. You have to have patience and it will get done. Thanks Jason , and Vince for the great job.

Amazing response time! During the summer we had the derecho and they were able to help us repair a fence for a customer that we took down for a tree removal! Same day I called Jason showed up and got a list of materials. It was completely repaired within a week of contacting them and the customer was ecstatic! Highly recommend them. Disregard negative reviews from people who haven’t used them. Everyone was extremely busy this summer and if you can’t understand that then you should perhaps be a little open minded.

Cant rate of the service because never even got the opportunity to actually have them do anything. Was trying to get an estimate the past month! First they never came to give an estimate the day they said they would. Then they asked for pictures of what he wanted done which we had no problem sending. It took a week after that for a response which was they were sending an estimate over which they never did. Kind of glad they didn’t do work for us because clearly they have no consideration for their customers. Then decides to message and harass because of a bad review. We’ll be professional and communicate with people and it wouldn’t be an issue.
