We had water in our crawl space and called US Waterproofing. Sean Davidson came to inspect our crawl space and outside foundation to determine where the water was coming from. My husband and I agreed that Sean provided the best service we have experienced in a very long time. He was courteous, extremely knowledgable, thorough and professional. He clearly explained our options to remedy our leak and worked to get us the best price and an expedited appointment as we were planning to be out of town. We have not yet had the work done but, based on our experience with Sean, we would not hesitate to call US Waterproofing in the future and highly recommend Sean.

Very disappointed in US Waterproofing’s work on our driveway. Among other issues the salesman said garage and a sidewalk slabs could be raised and they are short. The first installers broke our gate and the company never responded. We had to call three times for receipts of our deposit and payment. Would not recommend US Waterproofing.

Think twice about Polyurethane Concrete raising of a sidewalk. Make sure to find out what the damage will be to surrounding areas. This was a very expensive mistake.We recently had US Waterproofing raise a sidewalk in the back of our house where water would pool and eventually seep into our basement. The sales person David, came out to the house, saw the area and told us they could do the job. When the crew came out to start the work on 5/30/24 I could tell something wasn’t right by how they were looking at the area. I asked the one gentleman, Hector, if he could do what was expected and he said yes. After about an hour or two, I went out to see how the job was progressing. Hector told me that they were stopping and that he was doing more damage than good.. They raised the sidewalk but never finished the work as the surrounding area of decorative brick was now damaged and heaved. Hector called the office and advised me the balance owed. I wrote a check and paid for the services giving it to Hector. I took pictures and texted them to the salesperson, David. His response was “I will call you in the morning”, this was on 6/7/24. To date, I have not heard from him. I did hear from US waterproofing though – LOOKING FOR PAYMENT. On 6/19/24 I received a call reminding me that services were performed so payment was expected. I told him services were performed and I held up my end and paid the same day even though the job was not completed to satisfaction. He asked if I wanted someone to contact me, I said yes. Well as of today, 6/28/24 I am still waiting for the call and my check has cleared. I believe the salesperson should have told us what could happen to the surrounding area and we probably would not have done the project. It will now cost us $5500 to fix the damage they did.

I called US Waterproofing because our inspection long ago claimed that there was a problem with our foundation. They sent Jose out to talk to me. Jose was well-informed, intelligent, and thorough. He established that the foundation is fine, main beam is fine, but that the gutters needed to be replaced. This wasn’t just an assertion about the gutters; Jose pointed to the exact problems that made it important to replace the gutters. I wound up not hiring USW (yet) to do this work, but I will get back to them. This is a very professional outfit and Jose was exactly the kind of representative on whom one can rely. Looking forward to doing business with them in the future.

Called to schedule an appointment, was told I was confirmed in the system and they can help me with everything I was having problems with. Never received an email so I called back again to confirm a few days later and was told my appt doesn’t exist and they can’t help me with anything. Horrible company, would recommend going elsewhere.

Very disappointing experience. The communication between the various teams that come to the house was extremely poor. The sales person was non responsive. I would never use this company again. Hopefully the work is good enough to stop the leaking issues in my basement. Definitely go elsewhere

US Waterproofing is the place to go for all your humidity and wet issues. I took them on a fly after seeing their billboard, and from Scott the salesman to each of the three teams I contracted with, the professionalism and knowledge was second to none. I had them install an AprillAire dehumidifier, seal my crawl space, and replace all my gutters and install downspouts for them. The cost of this was just under what it cost me to install gutters alone on my previous home, and the quality with USW was so far superior to my previous installers that I kind of feel like a dimwit. Don’t be a dimwit like me: talk to US Waterproofing before approaching anyone else.
