Poor Communication and not easy to work with when things are not going right. We had a project that was very rushed and not well supervised, which resulted in a lot of follow ups. The work performed was quality but those were sub-contractors. Spoke with one of them and they have had similar issues with them. Make sure what you want is spelled out to a T otherwise you’ll be stuck with it.

Highly recommend! They were easy to work with, thorough, and fair. They swapped out our two exterior doors and hung some new light fixtures. They came in on budget and the work was and excellent! Glad we have a trustworthy source for future projects.

I cannot recommend J and J more. They redid my entire kitchen. Even though life threw the project a hardship, Molly and all the tradesmen were on time, and did a great job. The communication from Molly is constant and spot on. I have zero sense of style, so I needed to lean on Molly and her employees throughout, and they never disappointed. It was so great to hire a local company for a big redo.

They fixed a drywall leak around shower and put in shower doors. Work was done fast and looks great. Great handyman service!

Very responsive and attentive to the customer’s needs. I needed a job done quickly at the last minute and they were able to make it happen! The handyman who came out to replace an exterior door was great, courteous, and professional. I’ll be using them in the future for other jobs that come up.

I started out using Jack and Jill for small household repairs, then had them do two full bathroom renos. There was no one else I would have considered calling when I bought a fixer-upper this year. Not only did they transform a neglected, damaged, nightmare house into a gorgeous, brand new space, they did it in a very short timeframe and within my specified budget. Painting, flooring, tile, electrical, two total bathroom redos, they did it all, and I trust their expertise and skills. Friendly, too!
