Precision Contracting Unlimited LLC, a year agoDo not do business with this guy. He will quite literally rob you blind. He stole $4500 from me and closed up his llc so I had to recourse to get my money back. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Phase 2 Contracting a year agoPhase 2 finished part of my basement that was left unfinished from the initial construction. I highly recommend them to anyone for this type of work. I received four quotes from other contractors and Phase 2 were very competitive. Quality of work is outstanding, they were extremely easy to work with and dealt with everything from structural upgrades, framing, electrical, HVAC, finishes (flooring, drywall, paint, doors etc). The team had practical design solutions and accommodated some changes along the way due to my own errors, which I really appreciated. Couldn’t be happier with the experience and one of the intangibles worth noting is that Adam and his team are great people who I felt completely comfortable being in my house with my young children present at times.

Padgett Building & Remodeling a month agoCouldn’t even get past the initial conversation with Sarah the “cabinet designer” absolutely miserable experience. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend just on the simple point that they are impersonal and rude.

They took on a siding repair job we had a hard time getting anyone to do and they did it superbly! Again great job! Tom Gerke

May Tom Remodeling 6 years agoI paid Tom May $1500 to replace my water line. He and his workers didn’t move the Christmas decorations and solar lights that were in my yard and destroyed them, and never finished the job. They tore my Christmas inflatables to shreds, broke several solar lights, took my dryer vent cover off my house and never replaced it, cut a hole in my living room closet floor and left it, and never repaired my lawn (there are huge holes) and concrete pathway. We no longer have a walkway to my front door. We have had to place wood panels over all the dirt and holes in order to be able to use the front door. My husband had to repair and replace the things that he destroyed. And I will have to hire another company to replace my concrete walkway. Do not do any business with this company.
