We had Island Repairs and Remodeling build a storage cabinet in our utility room as well as a small seating nook in our study. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. Ben and Thomas are professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and thorough. They provided suggestions and went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied completely. We recommend them highly.

Ben and his crew were fantastic! I had interviewed three different contractors for my master bath remodel and didn’t feel comfortable committing to any. Island Repairs came highly recommended by a neighbor and after our first meeting – I knew he was the guy. Courteous, professional, always timely with his communication and response. His crew was there early every day and they cleaned before leaving each afternoon. They were a joy to work with….. my master bath project creeped in to a closet remodel and then I ended up replacing several light fixtures in the house while they were there. I highly recommend Ben and Island Repair

Ben and his crew did a fantastic job on our new bathroom. Ben communicates very well and was always very responsive. He supervises his crew and his subcontractors well. He was also good at answering questions and giving knowledgeable advice. We are very pleased with the workmanship of his crew, and appreciated that they arrived on time in the mornings and cleaned up each day. We love our new bathroom!

So happy with the beautiful work done on repairing & renovating my condo in St Augustine by Island Repairs. Since I am a long distance owner I needed to trust that the work would be done in a timely fashion in line with my needs as an owner & for my tenant’s benefits . Ben and his team were absolutely fantastic! Ben was always available to answer calls / texts / emails, his team was prompt and efficient, and his timeline for the scope of work was accurate. Ben, Liza, and crew are locals and have done work on all of our residences. They are professional, friendly, reliable, and their fees are competitive as well as fair. We’ve had many jobs done, small and large from bike racks put in, shelves hung, walls repaired, ceilings patched, decks repaired, fences built. All the work was done on time and we were very happy with the end product. I highly recommend them to my family and friends.
