Over the past 5 yrs I have called upon DRS to ready an apartment I owned for sale. Made it ship shape and very presentable. Sold fast. Bought a home in Baldwin Park, DRS repaired painted the home inside and out. First rate service. Later I required a cleaning of the roof tile. DRS pressure washed it and boy did it look nice. I have had contractor services for over 50+ years of property ownership, and have to say, DRS stands out above them all. Recommend DRS to all my friends and neighbors.

We had an appointment booked with DRS to obtain a quote. First, the initial time of our meeting was pushed back to end of day at short notice – which was fine, I understand things can shift during the day. But evening came and nobody showed up nor contacted me that they wouldn’t make it. My email, calls and voicemail went unanswered and I have not heard from DRS since. I guess they don’t want our business – a shame as they came with a recommendation of a friend and we had planned to use them for many projects in our house if this initial project went well. The lack of communication and reliability – two things that I feel are really key for a business – left a bad aftertaste and I can only imagine how things might have gone if we had used them for our project. Probably dodged a bullet here.

Family owned business that stands their work. They don’t hesitate to show proof of insurance and I have referred them to almost a dozen neighbors that have all been thrilled with their work quality. This isn’t a bubba one man one van operation. They have supervisors, own their own equipment, and can handle everything from a small room to a commercial project.

They did an amazing job painting the exterior of my home. I am not an easy customer but they really went above and beyond with their customer service and professionalism. Home improvement is stressful but they made it really easy for me. From the extra effort they put into the pre work to the perfectionist approved final job- could not be happier.

For some reason it was keeping giving me wrong direction other them that was great
