They have a great selection of floor plans and finishes. We start building soon and can’t wait to see all our choices come to life in our new home.

We are still in the process of selecting a builder, but I just had to leave a review about our experience here. Had an initial consultation with Royce on a Saturday afternoon, and this guy is amazing. Super friendly, inviting and professional. He took the time to understand what we are trying to design and was very accommodating to all the changes we would want if we chose AHP. While they have their set models, every one is customizable – there wasn’t an adjustment or change we couldn’t figure out. He was extremely knowledgeable about each model we discussed, and was upfront about pricing and expectations, without being pushy or salesman-like. Wife and I left the meeting feeling much better about our decision to build, and with the impression that Royce and his team are decent and genuine people to do business with. 6 stars if Google would let me.

Thank you America’s Home Place team (Chandler, Harry, Pete and Cheryl), especially Harry Serrano as the project manager for all the hard work and expertise in building our home. Everything went as promised and planned, and he finished building our house for less than 6 months! We are grateful and thankful to you all and we’re happy with our house.

November 5, 2021 – Signed their EDO (Estimate & Design Order) or the purchase/build agreement. March 1, 2023 – Closed and took possession of the home. AHP took 479 days (or 1 year, 3 months, and 23 days) to build the house. The footings for the house were dug out and prepared 3 times before being approved.
