TAHADA Construction and Remodeling 2 months agoOur “Dream Home Renovation” experience with Erne Fachtman and his crew (Yobani, Jaime, Rigo, William, Alejandro and Timo) was nothing short of “Perfect”. Erne and team updated every aspect of our home including, Kitchen (cabinets/counters, fixtures), “3” Bathrooms (cabinets, counters, fixtures, bath/shower), Flooring, Doors/hardware and paint throughout. With every home improvement project there are unexpected challenges. Each time we successfully worked with Erne’s team to overcome them. Erne’s team was on time “everyday” and finished the projected 8 week project in 7 weeks, “On Budget”. Collaborating with Erne produced a lasting friendship and a finished product that my family will be enjoying for years to come.

JASP CONSTRUCTION & DESIGN a month agoThis is the only contractor I have not regretted choosing. The previous GC gave me a BIG headache. Fortunately, my friend introduced me to Jacky and I am glad to hire Jacky to do my ADU. I built a 1000sqf ADU in the backyard, located at diamond bar city. I asked Jacky for their quotation at the beginning, which was very detailed and reasonable. Every step was explained clearly and it was easy for me to understand. Every communication was smooth and timely. I signed the contract in 05/2022. At that time, it was about $220/sqf, including some upgraded cabinets. The city plan check fee was about $3200, the school fee was $4700, and the architectural drawing was $7000. This fee charging standard is only for my city and may be different for other cities. It took a total of 8 months from the drawing to the city approval, and about 6.5 months from the beginning of digging the foundation to the completion of the project and moving in. It wasn’t a short time, but it wasn’t too long either. I am very satisfied with this cooperation. Thank you Jacky and his team. Now we are planning to build an ADU in our parents’ backyard, and of course we will continue to work with Jacky’s team.

We have contacted many builders to rebuild our properties, but due to some local official’s regulations, no builders was able to help us out, until we got a referral from friend to contact ISI-Construction in Diamond Bar. After few contacts, we met Mr. Araghi (Henry), he was very knowledgeable in technical process and assured us that he will to take care of it. He was a candid person and stressed his comments without any hesitations, which we liked the most. We are very pleased with his performance and ISI-Construction’s crews (neat and clean) from beginning to the end.
